The villa forms an ideal base to take in Kennedy Space Centre and the East Coast with Cocoa and Daytona beaches, as well as the fabulous beaches and attractions of the Gulf coast. Both coasts are around an hours drive from the villa. Free wireless broadband internet connection.
The interior of the villa is furnished and decorated to an exceptionally high standard and is air conditioned throughout. The lounge, dining room and kitchen are formed into one large, open plan living area, looking out on the relaxing sun deck and pool. The villa comes with 4 large bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 2 with twin beds and one of the sofas in the lounge is a sofa bed. All of the bedrooms have a TV. The double garage has been converted into a games room and contains air hockey, table football and a darts board. The lounge has a PS2 player and various PS2 games.
All linens and towels are provided, as well as pool towels for use in the villa.

Davenport / Highgate Park area
Highgate Park is a prestigious gated holiday community located in a peaceful location with an abundance of pine trees and orange groves adding to the natural beauty of the area. The community includes tennis courts and a children's play area.
Our villa is within 15 minutes of Disney and all of the other major attractions including Sea World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Cypress Gardens are all within 30 minutes drive. The gulf coasts are within an hour and a half's drive and Kennedy Space Centre, cocoa beach and Daytona beach are within an hours drive.
It is within close proximity of many championship golf courses nearby such a Highland Reserve, Southern Dunes, Orange Lakes, Celebration and Ridgewood Lakes not to mention two Greg Norman designed courses at Championsgate.
The 192 is a mile or two away with is abundance of shops, restaurants and other attractions. It is near to a Publix supermarket and a Walmart.
How to get there
Highgate Park is located 2 miles south of the 192 on Highway 27. 30 minutes from Orlando International airport. 1 hour from Sanford airport. Within 15 minutes of Disney.

11/13/08 We really have had a wonderful time staying here. Our girls didn't need Disney, they just wanted to be in the pool. We still did Disney anyway, and all the rest of the parks! It has been a fantastic time of year to visit, the only time of the year that we had never been to Florida. May be one day we will be fortunate enough to be back here again, God has truly blessed us on this trip and we would not hesitate to recommend this villa to our friends.
