The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
For those who plan an all-out assault on the theme parks, Disney World's four parks (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom and Disney MGM Studios) are just 12 minutes away, and the other attractions (Sea World, Wet 'n' Wild, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, etc) are all less than 30 minutes from the villa. The golfers amongst you will be in golfer's heaven with both the world class 36 hole ChampionsGate resort and the prestigious Reunion Golf Resort (comprising three 18 hole courses) literally on your doorstep (2 miles away). There are three more fantastic courses within 8 miles. It is easy to explore further afield too. The main route into and out of central Florida (Interstate 4) less than 2 miles from the villa. You can reach the fascinating Kennedy Space Centre on the Atlantic coast in 60 minutes, or Clearwater’s beautiful sandy beaches on the Gulf coast in 90 minutes.
Davenport / Bridgewater Crossing area
Bridgewater Crossing is set in conservation land with a 40 acre lake, ponds and wetlands. It is a pretty and peaceful rural environment which you'll enjoy returning to after an exciting day at the theme parks. Guests are welcome to make use of the communal facilities in Bridgewater Crossing, which include a large heated swimming pool, floodlit tennis courts, a basketball court, a volleyball court, a children's playground and a BBQ/picnic area overlooking the lake These facilities are within walking distance of the villa. It is a short drive to a large well stocked supermarket and a selection of restaurants offering dine in or take out facilities. The local gas station (less than 1 mile away) has a small grocery store

Further details outdoors: The screened pool has underwater lighting and heating for the few cooler months of the year. The shaded lanai with table and chairs is a real bonus as you can enjoy being outside whilst remaining in the shade. However, sun worshippers will probably prefer to use the sun loungers on the deck area around the pool!
Conditions
A deposit of 25% of the total due is payable upon booking to secure your requested dates. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival. A security deposit of GBP 150 to cover any loss or damage is required when you pay the balance. This is refunded in full within 2 weeks of your departure, subsequent to a satisfactory inspection of the villa by our management company. If you are visiting during the cooler months (November to March) and wish to heat the pool, the additional cost is payable with the balance.

Pool heating is usually required during the cooler months (November to March), at an additional cost of GBP15.00 per day for a minimum of 5 days.
