The Regal Palms Resort and Spa is an ideal holiday destination for families due to the location and facilities. This home sleeps 10 comfortable and has over 1700 sqft of accommodation. The property is in the first lane of houses nearest to the resorts lazy river and heated pool complex with water slides, spa, fitness centre, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, games room, internet cafe, 24 hour reception, disney park ticket booth, restaurant, sports bar and across the road from the Highlands reserve golf course.

The gated resort has a free shuttle bus to the Disney theme parks which are a 15-20 minute drive and the nearest beaches of Daytona or Cocoa beach on the East coast or St Pertersberg and Clearwater on the Gulf of Mexico can all be reached within an hours drive. Next to the resort is a publix supermarket, pharmacy, bank and a good choice of bars and restaurants.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area

Orlando Florida has all the ingredients you would need for a perfect family vacation.

Choice of activities including Universal studios, Universal Islands of Adventure, Busch Gardens, Seaworld, Disney's Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Magic Kingdom, MGM Studios, Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach.

Places to eat include: Bubbagump Shrimp, Planet Hollywood, TGI Fridays, Hardrock Cafe, Rainforest cafe, Dolly Parton Dixie Stampede, Arabian Nights, Capone’s themed dinner, plenty of all you can eat buffets and International dining such as Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Indian, Tai, Mexican, Argentinean, French and Italian.

Great for shopping from designer outlets to flea markets. The new millenia mall is a shoppers paridise with all the top designers, department stores and a food court with every choice of cuisine.

Good choices of beaches are within an hours drive. The Pacific beaches of Clearwater and St Petersburg are voted among the best in the United states with very clear water and almost white sand and only the sound of pelicans to disturb you, these can be conbined with a trip to Tampa to watch the football, basketball or Ice hockey teams or Busch gardens (some great thrill rides). The Atlantic seaboard beaches of Coco and Daytona and world famous and well worth a visit and can be combined with a trip to Daytone race track and the Kennedy space centre.

Golfers paradise with the highlands reserve course and a hugh choice of championship courses to play on at reasonable prices.

Other things to do are: airboat rides, hot air balloon rides, helicopter rides, flight simulators, numerous golf courses and crazy golf, alligator farms, Skull Kingdom, Wet and Wild water park, clubbing in Downtown Disney, Universal city walk or Orlando downtown, old town Kissimmee for the fairground attractions and drive by's.

You don’t have to leave the resort with so many activities to choose from: a few spa treatments, a round of golf, relaxing by the pool, catch up with emails in the internet cafe, a drink in the bar, an hour in the fitness centre followed by a sauna and steam, a game of pool, after all that you have a choice of where to eat the on site restaurant or a five minute walk to Applebee's American diner, Chinese or Subway.
A five minute drive you will find more restaurants such as the children's favourite 'Denny's' and a ten minute drive along the 192 is a hugh selection of restaurants from international cuisine to ¡eat as much as you can buffets. In this area and futher along into Kissimee there are plenty of activities for the kids (and grown ups) such as miniture golf, Kissimee old town which has a fair ground with rides such as the sling shot and a classic car parade. There are also loads of retail outlets to pick up a bargain.

You can fly into Orlando international (MCO)or Sanford international (SFB) with the following airlines.
Aer Lingus, Air Canada, Air India, American Airlines, British Airways, Delta Airways, Northwest Airlines, Thompsonfly, United, US Airways and Virgin Atlantic.

The home is in the best location being nearest to the resort facilities and is the largest model type 'Bermuda' with four double bedrooms (1 queensize, 1 kingsize and four single beds) 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite) plus a downstairs w.c, a large living room with two 3 seater settee's, dining room with table and chairs for six and separate kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils, cutlury etc provided. The property also has climate temperature control through out the home and ceiling fans in all the rooms.
The four bedrooms all have walk-in wardrobes and two are en-suite and have cable television, they are very comfortable with thick soft carpets and the maid would have prepared the beds with fresh linen for your stay.

Further details outdoors:
The home is the first property in the street and is semi detached with a drive for 2 cars outside. There is a first floor balcony and terrace and chairs downstairs.
The resort is gated and secure while the pool complex is also gated and can only be accessed by your electronic house key (card).
This gated community is close to Disney and the city of Orlando but far away enough to be relaxing and quite.
The Highlands reserve golf course is across the road and a five minute walk to the supermarket and restaurants.

The property is the largest model.
The location can not be beaten as it is in the first row of homes nearest to the resorts facilities.
This is not someones house in the suberbs it is located on a holiday complex which adds to the whole Disney experience. For a relaxing break there is no need to even leave the resort.
The price advertised is the price you pay, there is nothing else to be added.

Conditions

At the time of booking a non-refundable deposit is required of 100 pounds sterling, 150 euros or 200 USD depending on what currency you wish to pay in.
The balance of the booking cost is required 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Sorry no pets are allowed.
No smoking inside the property please only outside on the veranda.
