About the home

Completed in August 2005 our luxury executive property is situated in the prestigious gated community of Highgate Park, within Legacy Park. This tranquil setting amongst beautiful countryside makes it hard to believe you are only minutes away from the major parks and attractions that Orlando has to offer.

Our spacious villa is beautifully furnished to a high standard and fully air-conditioned. There are 4 good-sized bedrooms (all with their own TV's) and 3.5 bathrooms comfortably accommodating up to 10 people. The privately screened 27ft pool has an extended pool deck providing ample space for the family and includes outside poolside bathroom and shower for your convenience. Spacious fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, all towels and linen are provided and pool heat is available on request.

A family with small children will enjoy the safe environment offered by this home. The property is fitted with smoke detectors and we also provide children’s pool safety fence. The villa has a large family area with cable TV, DVD player, CD player and PS2 games console, free wireless high speed internet access & free local telephone calls. In addition there is a well-equipped games room which includes a 7ft pool table, double shooter basketball and air hockey table. Communal facilities include tennis courts and children’s play area.

Our villa will also suit golf enthusiasts. Orlando has more than 90 golf courses from which to choose, with many championship golf courses within easy striking distance of Highgate Park. We even offer golf club hire to our guests (a golfers paradise)!

Set in the countryside location of Davenport, Highgate Park is in an ideal location with Disney World just a 15 minute drive away, SeaWorld and Universal 20 minutes drive and Busch Gardens Tampa an hour away.
Golf courses include Champions Gate, Reunion, Mystic Dunes, Highlands Reserve, Providence, Orange Lake, Legends and many many more.

Shopping here is superb with quality shopping malls and factory outlets.

Or why not take a trip to Clearwater an hour and a half away. A trip to Tampa and the Gulf Coast is only an hours drive away.

The Davenport / Highgate Park area

Highgate Park is a new secure gated community and part of the Legacy Park development.
Ideally located 1.5 miles South of US Highway 192 and within easy reach of the Interstate 4, it is within a 15 minute drive to all the major Disney attractions.
US 192 is lined with dozens of places to eat as well as chemists, supermarkets, souvenir shops and banks.
Publix Supermarket is a five minute drive away and Wallmart is also close by.

Highgate Park is part of the Legacy Park development located on US Highway 27, just a 30 minute drive from Orlando International airport.
Take McCoy road west to Sand Lake road and turn west at junction 74a onto interstate 4. Leave interstate 4 at junction 64b and head west on US highway 192 until the interchange. Continue on US highway 27 traveling south. Look for Legacy Park on the right.

“Beautiful Villa in an excellent location” This villa is situated in a very peaceful location and felt very safe and secure. It is within easy reach of all the parks, many good golf courses and many other attractions that Orlando has to offer. It is convenient to return to at the end of the day to refresh and eat out at the many good restuarants within a short drive. The standard of accommodation was exceptionally clean, spacious and well maintained with everything that you would need. We found the management company friendly and helpful.
