Davenport / Ridgewood Lakes area
Our Villa is situated off junction 55 or the I4 in the resort of VIZCAY near Ridgwood Lakes. The Disney theme parks are only minutes away by car. Bars, Shops, Restaurants and several golf courses are also only a few minutes away by car.
How to get there
Our villa is about a 9 hour flight for the uk with several airlines flying to Orlando international and Sandford. Situated conveniently 2 miles south of Interstate 4 on Highway 27. The property is in a quiet and peaceful environment in a walled development.Davenport is situated south of Orlando and is ideally situated to reach all many theme parks. Just off the US27 the Villa is in easy reach of bars, restaurants and shops. Being close to the I4 you are within easy reach south to Busch Gardens, approximately 45 minutes by car. There is plenty of golf courses nearby one of which is the Championsgate designed by Gregg Norman.

A 25% deposit non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Always ask about special offers and discounts which may be offered at any time dependant on bookings and promotions! Up to 50% discount offered from time to time.
The balanced is payable ten weeks before commencement of the booking. 25% is payable on booking and is not refundable. The full balance will be payable if cancellations are within ten weeks of the commencement date. It is advised that you insure against this. An extra charge of £91 per week will be made for heating of the pool if you require this. Please confirm at time of booking.

I must start by complementing your property. The photos don't do it justice! I would describe it as 5 star accommodation .Florida it self was wonderful. We didn't need Lowerys (agent) for anything but when we first arrived they were very helpful. If anybody i know is thinking of going to florida, i will recomend your property. We will be coming back next year and we will be calling you again.Once again many thanks for a wonderful property. It helped make our holiday most memerable.

10.07.08 Good Morning Jim, I would like to thank you again for allowing us to stay at you villa in Vizcay. I must say that it we had a truly great time whilst there and found the facilities to be of a very good nature.
We loved the space that was available as there were seven males in the property, so it definitely was appropriate. I had the master bed upstairs due to arranging the trip and I must say that it felt like heaven with the en-suite that was provided!!!! As you can see by my signature, I actually work in property, so have developed an acquired taste and your property certainly impressed.
If travelling back to Orlando in the future, your villa would be a definite possibility as we all loved it!!!
