Home description

Our home is tastefully decorated and offers relaxation/luxury and an awesome games room incl. pool table, air hockey, darts, table/chairs, and is themed from The Blues Brothers.The pool being one of the largest in Davenport, and the deck which has sun loungers and a table/chairs for eating alfresco is very inviting, and has the sun shining down all day.(south facing).With 6 x tv's/dvds,ps2, sound system and telephone ,also internet access so you can keep in touch with your emails, not forgetting the luxury leather furniture with stone dolphin tables in the living area, and an attractive balcony with a double futon which overlooks the living area.The master bedroom overlooks the pool and has ensuite with a huge walk in shower, bath and an enormous walk in dressing room and hanging space for around 100 clothes..The kitchen has all new appliances with seating for 6, and 6 in the dining area on a glass table with stone base.A very popular golf course is across the street and at the end of the street, a lake and community pool area.Our home is located 10mins from Disney.There is a new Walmart only minutes away and a new Lowes, Publix is also nearby and a new Applebee restaurant a few minutes down the road.There is also a safe for your valuables.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area

Florida is welknown as the Sunshine State, and home of Disney's Magic Kingdom, MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom and Epcot to name a few.The average temperature throughout the year is 75deg fahrenheit and everyone seems to have a smile on their face.It boasts in having the largest collection of theme parks in the world, and every year always has something new to see.Seaworld the home of my favourite Shamu, the largest killer whale in captivity, and then Discovery Cove another favourite of mine, where you can swim with dolphins and other sealife.New for 2008 is the awesome water park called Aquatica which is due to open in the Spring with flumes and dolphins, the architects model looks absolutely superb a definate must see.Universal/Islands of Adventure is not to be missed exhilerating to say the least.Large designer shopping malls and restaurants galore and fastfood are excellent value.The new Millenia Shopping Mall is one of my favourites, and not to forget Brio's an excellent first class restaurant, with superb food. Numerous evening entertainment is on offer with Old Town in Kissimmee which have the vintage cars parade on a Saturday night and bike's on a Friday where you get to meet some very interesting people, and see some superb cars/bikes.With bars, restaurants, kids rides, shops etc etc its a good evening out.Pleasure Island has some great groups and has a real party atmosphere.Dolly Partons has a good show with good food, and Capones is another dinner show.Arabian nights is a lovely dinner show, with a magician to start the evening, and then breathtaking horses/riders which perform.Seaworld has a Hawaiian Luau show, which is excellent, and good food too.When at Seaworld book a table early at the Shark Restaurant, excellent food and sharks to watch while you eat, awesome.

Davenport / Davenport Lakes area

Our home is located just off the us highway 27, and is situated in a quiet residential road, minutes from the 192 and Disney.There are 3 large supermarkets within easy reach including publix and Walmart Supercentre.There are several excellent golf ranges with one just across the street.A fishing lake at the end of the road, with a community pool and meeting place.Local shops, restaurants etc are nearby, and Disney is 10mins drive away.Designer outlets, stores, theme parks and numerous places of interest are minutes away, and if you want the large shopping malls its The Florida Mall, or Millenia about 30min drive.Hot air balloon flights are also available nearby with a champagne breakfast to follow an awesome experience,sky diving can also be arranged.All the attractions are nearby whether its Disney Parks, Seaworld,Discovery Cove, Universal, City Walk, Wet n Wild there are numerous places to visit .Just remember to leave enough room in your case on your outbound flight, as otherwise you will have to pay excess luggage on your return.I have to every time!!!!!

How to get there

Fly to Orlando International Airport (MCO) which is the nearest airport 15mins away or Sanford (SFB) which is approx 45 minutes drive.If you are looking for transport at a good price and do not wish to drive, then contact www.magicshuttle.com who i personally would recommend as they are so very reliable and offer a fair price too.Just contact me for the telephone number if you wish to use them, give them my name and they will certainly look after you.Rental cars can be collected from the airports or will be delivered to your rental address.Cheap flights.com have numerous deals, or checkout US Air/Continental and Virgin for scheduled seats from the UK.If you need any help finding seats then please give me a call and i will check for the cheapest seats for you.

The home offers everything you might need to make your vacation a pleasurable one and certainly one that will ensure that you return time and time again.The master bedroom is on the ground floor with internet access/phone/large tv/dvd and has a large ensuite with bath, large walk in shower and vanity.Also a huge walk in closet with hanging space for over 100 clothes and shelf space too,(high chair, baby playpen and pool towels can be found here).The other bedrooms are upstairs, the jungle room with twin beds and huge cupboard etc, the blue room with twin beds and built in cupboard again, the fushchia pink room with twin beds and chest of drawers, and then you have the burgundy silk room which has a queen size bed another built in cupboard tv/dvdJust next to this bedroom you have the ensuite also in burgundy silk.with another bath/shower and basin.The balcony comprises of a large futon with cushions suitable for 2 extra persons or seating for 4, the tv, dvd,ps2 and games, this is extremely usefull when two families share the house, or for the children.The decor is white with tiled lounge/diner/kitchen/utility, the rest of the house is carpeted in cream (games room is green).The utility has a large washing machine and dryer with other useful household items.The games room i designed and has a full size good first class quality pool table,with overhead lighting, air hockey, dartboard in case/darts.There is also ample seating and there is also a bar table/stools in red to match the blues brothers theme.A fan is also there for your comfort.

Further details outdoors:
With carriage lights on the garage, and lighting to the front and rear, and alarm on the patio door to the pool area we have ensured security for our guests.The whole of the pool area is screened and has two exits to the sides of the property.The front and back garden include shrubs/palms and a new sprinkler system.The pool is one of the largest in Davenport, with a large decking area in white with comfortable reclining sun beds, where you can lay and watch the eagles fly above, it is so relaxing.There is also a glass table/chairs/parasol for those like myself who enjoy socialising outside after a hectic day at the parks.The house is located in a quiet residential road just a short walk to the golf course, and gated community pool/meeting place and huge 44 acre lake with a picnic area (the key is in the villa).The highway 27 is just round the corner, and 10 mins from the 192 with all the factory outlets, shops, restaurants, mini golf etc etc.There is also a Virgin office round the corner, where you can obtain details and book for all the attractions at reasonable prices.

We have a management company looking after our house and guests who are always at the end of a phone during business hours 9-6, and even afterwards will always help with any emergencies you may have.If you require any assistance when you are there they are only a phonecall away.If you require a welcome pack do let me know.The management company has its own website and is an established company and very reliable.A security deposit will be needed of £250 to cover any minor damages in the house during your stay, this should be paid together with your balance payment and is fully refundable once the property has been checked after your stay.This is a non smoking villa and no pets are allowed.Special prices are available for rentals of over a month and late deals are available at special reduced prices.WE ALSO ACCEPT CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS (3% CHARGE)

When you wish to make a reservation, please give me a call or email.I will answer any questions you may have, and then will post a booking contract to you.The deposit is £250 (this is non refundable) with the balance being due 8 weeks prior to departure. for clients living outside the uk, you can wire monies direct to my account in the US but charges do apply,WE NOW TAKE CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS (3% CHARGE).If a cancellation is received within 56 days of departure, then relevant fees apply as shown on the booking form.Having been to Florida so many times i will always give advice or help where possible, you only have to ask.If you are looking to purchase property whilst in Florida, then please do email me for my realtors details as he is extremely well knowledged and trustworthy, he can advise you of the best deals available with some builders offering a years mortgage payments paid, and others a guaranteed rental income for the first year.With the dollar being so good against our pound it is certainly a good time to invest.

A cleaning charge will be made of £45 per stay, which is payable with your balance payment.
The security deposit of £250 will be due for payment with your balance, to cover any minor damages during your stay.Liberty management will check the house after your stay, and you will be billed for any damages caused during your stay.I would ask that all guests keep the doors locked when they leave the property and windows closed.If the house is left unlocked whilst you are not at the property then a fee of £250 will be charged, plus any expenses caused by your actions.Please note; it is against Florida Law to over occupy the property, therefore 10 passenger maximum is advised, if this is not adhered to then consequences will apply.If money is transferred from the uk to Europe or any other country, then there is a charge of £25 which the bank makes here in the UK and in the USA., so you do need to allow for this when sending monies in payment for the house, and in receiving your security deposit back.Thankyou
