Fly to Orlando via: Orlando International Airport (MCO-Orlando Intl) about 35 minute drive from our villa. Sanford SFB-Central FI Regional) about 1 hour drive from our villa.
CAR HIRE. There are various car hire companies located on the lower floor of the Airport Terminal. www.Avis.com www.Hertz.com www.Dollar.com
You will be able to turn up at Orlando and make car hire arrangements, but I would advise booking in advance if you are visiting Orlando in the High Season.
Make sure you have an original valid driving licence with you for car hire, they will not accept photo copies of driving licences.
TIP: As a guide, if you are not sure of the area, we find the Interstate 4 the best road to get our bearings from to find most of the Disney Attractions, attractions are well sign posted on the INTERSTATE 4.

The owner's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights
NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. The above rates are per week and are inclusive of 13% Florida Tax and free use of the Solana Club House Facilities.
A 10% non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Full payment balance is due 10 weeks before arrival with a 150 UK pound security returnable deposit. Refundable security deposit returned within 2 weeks of departure "subject to property inspection".
ADDITIONAL FEES: Pool/Spa heat 14 Uk pounds per day (recommended between November and March) 52 UK pound for Villa cleaning for stays less than 14 days.

We have arrived back to our home and snow in Ontario and just wanted to send a quick note to say thanks. We really enjoyed the beautiful house you have in Davenport. The location is great and we really liked that we could walk down to the Club house with or without the kids and all were comfortable. We loved the layout of the house and made very good use of the pool and games room. We are looking forward to spring - soon we hope. Thanks again for your time and for sharing your house.

Thanks very much for returning our deposit so promptly. We had an excellent time and really enjoyed staying in your impressive villa. My daughter spent most of her time in the pool and my sons made good use of the games room, as well as the gym at the clubhouse. I am now seriously considering retiring to Florida as a result of comparing the lifestyle over there with that currently in the UK.
