About the home

Deserved Breaks is located in Aviana gated community with a beautiful clubhouse with so many amenities. Quiet and peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes from Disney, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including golf courses, shopping malls, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.

The villa benefits from its own private oversized pool and jacuzzi, with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the breakfast room is a covered lanai, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco.

The villa offers a choice of 2 Master Suites. The First Master Bedroom is located on the lower floor and overlooks the pool area. This spacious room is elegantly furnished with a king size bed. The luxurious en-suite bathroom includes a walk in shower area and an oversized bath. The second Master Suite has been beautifully furnished with a queen size bed; along with full En-Suite facilities. The villa is a great place for two or more larger families holidaying together, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

A two story great room gives you a place to entertain or just relax with sumptuous seating and beautiful furniture. The kitchen has a fantastic professional but homely feel to it and accommodates everything you need to cook, dine then eat!!. If you want the convenience of eating a quick snack or a take out meal in a less formal setting, the Kitchen Nook is the place for you. This bistro style area will fit the bill as it is situated just next to the kitchen with patio doors leading out to the Lanai Area. A Formal Dining Area with elegant table and seating is adjacent to the kitchen area, a place for entertaining.

The villa offers a choice of 2 Master Suites. The First Master Bedroom is located on the lower floor and overlooks the pool area. This spacious room is elegantly furnished with a king size bed. There is 19" cable TV your additional comfort. The luxurious en-suite bathroom includes a walk in shower area and an oversized bath. The second Master Suite is on the upper floor, this room again has been beautifully furnished with a queen size bed and 13" cable TV; along with full En-Suite facilities. The Double Room is on the lower floor and has it own facilities plus a walk-in shower. A Family Bathroom is located on the upper floor and is shared by only two of the further three Rooms. Also on the Upper Floor all the kids in a large party can have their own bed in the same vicinity, there is a twin room with a light floral theme and adjacent this room is the fifth bedrom with two sets of heavy wooden bunk beds; the perfect place to sleep up to four children or teenagers!! This sleeping arrangement makes this home a great place for two or more larger families holidaying together.

To enhance your dream vacation, step outside the patio doors to discover a fantastic private heated swimming pool & spa, (Pool Heating is an optional extra) set in a large extended sun deck with a westerly facing aspect to maximise the sunlight throughout the day. Ample sun-loungers have been provided along with dining table and chairs for you to enjoy a meal, barbecue, or just a drink and seat by the pool while watching the kids having fun in the pool!!

“Great house to stay in” I traveled with my family of 6 and a family friend. Having 5 bedrooms with 4 full bathrooms really makes a difference regarding showers. The pool was walk-in warm (paid for pool heat), even on the cooler days. Wireless internet and free unlimited long distance to Canada and the US was a definite plus. The only criticism I have is that the TVs need updating to flat screens. Many families will bring their own game consoles, laptops, dvd/blue-ray players with them and not having a hi-def big screen to watch movies on was a negative. Of course who goes on vacation to watch movies anyways ;^) Location was good, easy to find, and accessible to the 192 strip in Kissimmee with all the shopping you can handle. 2 close by Publix grocery stores made getting groceries easy. The house was very clean, well laid out, and good for our family.

“A lovely villa with all we needed” We spent a lovely 16 days at this villa. Whilst you dont get the time you need to fully appreciate the home, while we was there we enjoyed it. The villa catered well for the 6 of us - it gave us plenty of room. and space. The open plan living room made it easy to all see speak to each other, there were plenty of plates glasses etc, we just added a few plastic wine glasses for when we were outside. and the pool area was very much appreacited. There is a club house but this is quite a way from the villa but we never felt the need to use this. Information for the villa was plenty and even are a late arrival we were able to access the property with ease We paid to have the pool heat added - again when used it was wonderful for tired feet a real treat. Any minor issues we had were dealt with quickly. Our only comment would be the house needed a little de bugging on arrival where there had been a lapse in guests and some of the sheets needed some updating, and control batteries replenishing. But aside from these minor issues the villa was wonderful and helped us have the most memorable holiday.
