The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Davenport is just a mile from the I4 and a ten minute drive from Disneyworld which is the main attraction for the area. Although most people come to visit the theme parks, there are many other activities to enjoy. The weather is excellent for most of the year and even at Christmas temperatures can be well into the 80's. There are very good beaches within an hours drive of Terrace Ridge and of course Miami is accessible by car for maybe an overnight visit. Alternatively, why not use us as a base and catch an internal flight to visit other parts of the country - New York is only a couple of hours away!!
Davenport / Westhaven area
Apart from Disneyworld other 'must do' days out include Univeral Studios and City Walk, Gatorland, The Kennedy Space Centre, Sea World and Busch Gardens. And, of course, Discovery Cove where you can swim with the dolphins. This is a truly wonderful experience that the whole family can enjoy whatever age.
There are also excellent local golf courses, particularly at Champions Gate.
The 192 is a 5 miles from Westhaven and this stretch of road boasts hundreds of restaurants, shops and activities including mini/crazy golf. Similar can be found on International Drive which is a short drive away.
How to get there
Westhaven is right by Champions' Gate off I4 in Davenport. It is extremely easy to find and in a good location for all parks, golf, restaurants and shops. Fully arrival instructions are sent prior to the start of a rental period.

Further details indoors: Our stunning executive family home is brand new for Summer 2005 and offers 2100 square feet of fully air conditioned living space which is perfect to accommodate up to 8 guests in comfort.
There are 2 large double bedrooms which have a king size bed in the 1st and a queen size bed in the 2nd and both feature en suites. There are also 2 twin bedrooms which share the 3rd bathroom. This bathroom also has direct access to the pool. All the bedrooms have ample built in closet space.
Our bright and spacious luxury kitchen has all the modern appliances that you might require along with a side by side fridge and freezer with a built in water and ice dispenser. Next to the kitchen is a breakfast nook and there is also a formal dining area with seating for 8.
The lounge area features a large TV with cable, a DVD player and Playstation 2 and has large sliding doors that look out to the spacious lanai and over sized pool deck.
There is a private 30ft x 15ft west facing pool c/w a 7ft spa backing onto orange groves which has the sun from about 9.30am until sunset. The pool features underwater lights for night time illumination and can be heated during the colder months at additional cost. Pool furniture sits outside on the lanai for you to enjoy alfresco dining or just taking it easy in the Florida sun.
There is a games room with a superb 8 foot pool table, foosball and air hockey.
All the rooms and the lanai feature ceiling fans.
There are numerous smoke alarms throughout the house and additionally, there is also a safe for guests to use for that additional piece of mind.
Further details outdoors: The community also features a tennis court and children’s recreation area with a cabana. The local area has one of the best golf complexes around and features 2 full 18 hole courses designed by Greg Norman and is also home to the David Ledbetter Golf Academy. We are ideally situated 7 miles from Disney, and 1 mile from Champions Gate and is also very close to local shops and restaurants.
A barbeque and cot are available to rent through our managing agents.
This is a non smoking, no pet home for your added comfort.
Conditions
Refundable breakages deposit of $250.00 required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). 25% of rental fee due six weeks before your stay to secure booking.

The property was excellent. It is new and very clean. The villa is spacious as we stayed there with 3 families. The pool was facing west and had sun from 11 AM till sunset. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone. It is clean, new, and has all the amenities required. Chris, Ontario
