A 4200 sq ft villa offering a home from home experience set in a peaceful oasis away from it on a quiet community but yet only 15 mins from all the Disney fun and 20 mins from the amazing new Legoland park. Relaxing pool and spa for those chill out days and a large lanai area for al fresco dining. Great games room with 50" cable TV with PS3 Move, Xbox kinect, pool table, table football, and beer fridge. All bedrooms have cable TV's and free wifi is available through out the home. There is plenty of room for all the family or lots of friends to join together for a great vacation all under the same roof. You can share the cooking and get more time to relax!!

Balance of rental fee due 10 weeks prior to your arrival
A refundable breakages deposit of $300 is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival , to be refunded within 2 weeks of departure following a satisfactory property inspection
The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region
Orlando has so much to offer with it's abundance of fun filled theme parks,water parks but yet the beautiful coast is only about an hour away along with the amazing Kennedy Space Centre.
And don't forget the great shopping malls and massive designer label outlets.
Orlando offers no shortage of things to do. Take advantage of experiences that are uniquely Orlando, like flying through a swamp on an airboat or getting up close with wildlife at Gatorland or SeaWorld's Discovery Cove. Sports lovers can cheer on the Magic NBA basketball team at the new Amway Center or take a ride on one of multiple zip-lines in the area. And the fun doesn't stop when the sun goes down: check out a show at Cirque de Soleil, Blue Man Group or one of Orlando's many dinner theaters for an entertaining nightcap.

The house was amazing, we spent a very nice holidays. We were 12 people and we were very comfortable in this hugh house! Everithing was ok, we are very greatful for all the attencion. I recommend it. |
