Fully air-conditioned throughout, with ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the family room. The house is a two storey property built in 2004 that sleeps a maximum of 8 people.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and en suite bathroom, with further queen size beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms the 4th bedroom has 2 single beds with a balcony and en suite facilities.
The property is maintained and furnished to a very high standard providing comfortable and relaxing surroundings for your holiday.
Every thing that you could need whilst on holiday is available from a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV in all rooms to alarm clocks for those early morning theme park visits.

Its Known as the Sunshine state come and see why, Davenport is only minutes from all of the attractions that Orlando has to offer, it has some great local restaurants, Champions gate complex is 3 minutes away by car here you will find a supermarket, Pharmacy, petrol station and much much more.
The I4 is also minutes away, this gives you easy access to anywhere you want to go, from the fantastic beaches at clearwater to the race track at Daytona and the International Airports of Orlando and Sandford.
The Davenport / Windwood Bay area
Disney's Magic Kingdom is 10 minutes away, International drive and Universal Studios are 20 minutes and great shopping is everywhere, Millenium Mall, Florida Mall are just two places where you will pick up designer bargains.

Spacious affordable accommodation which met all our requirements and more. The villa is in a good position, south of Kissimmee just off the i4, allowing easy movement to your preferred destinations, whether it is shopping or the parks. The villa benefits with a position next to the communal pool and allows internet access while relaxing poolside in the sun. The villa is 'value for money' and in the process of rebooking for next year. |

hi when we arrived at our let, it was all ready for us, even the welcome package of food etc , tea, coffee, bacon, eggs etc etc was great. we did not need anything for this property, it was all there for us, even a xmas tree in the cupboard :) peter and lesley have got this property spot on and have thought of everything in terms of needs...trust me all you need is food to fill that huge fridge :) they even supplied directions to the nearest shops. i will certainly be booking this property again, it was ideal. hats off to peter and lesley Response: Thank you for those kind words, and look forward to having you stay with us again. |

We had a wonderful stay at this house. Excellent accomodation that suited me, my wife and three children. We didn't even use one of the bedrooms. Open plan accomodation for the lounge, kitchen and dining area, with Master Bedroom downstairs and three good size rooms upstairs. Very clean with all the necessary ammenities needed for our stay. We even made use of the childs buggy that was stored in the cupboard (vital for the parks if you've got small children). Directions to the house were excellent, and it was nice that all the lights were on when we finally arrived quite late at night. I-Drive is only 10-15 minutes away, and with a Publix Supermarket (and other shops) only 5 minutes it has everything you need. The local agent that looks after the house were very responsive when we had an issue with the air conditiong, I sent an e-mail in the morning and when we got home in the evening the house was cool again were the agent had come in and reset the system. This gated community was very clean, peaceful and it was nice having the pool so close to the house. Without a doubt we would return, and we're making plans for a return visit in a couple of years time. Communication with the owner during the booking and planning process was efficient and professional at all times. It was such a lovely base to have while visiting the parks, our only regret is not staying an additional week in this area and this house. |
