The apartment is a spacious and superbly furnished 2-bed/2-bath luxury unit. It has Air conditioning, Cable TV and a fully equipped kitchen. It has two screened patios overlooking the swimming pool and mature gardens to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather in gorgeous private surroundings. There are four heated pools, five jacuzzis, sun decks and sandy beach. Leisure activities include a gymnasium, sauna and spa. There is more than enough to keep you entertained and pampered within the Resort.
The Resort is just ten minutes to Disney World and twenty minutes to all the major Theme Parks.
Orlando has plenty to offer apart from the Theme Parks. There is fine dining, excellent shopping and a suberb nightlife. This is a perfect place for anyone who likes their sun, the perfect outdoor holidays destination. Spot from pelicans to alligators while taking an airboat ride across the marshlands.
If you're interested in a bit of science, there's the Kennedy Space Centre on the east coast where you can find out about space travel.
World class golf courses are also within easy reach of the Resort.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area

Florida is one of the southernmost parts of the USA. The sun shines for two-thirds of all daylight hours (Sunshine State) and the state enjoys year round excellent weather conditions, mild winters and warm summers.
Central Florida is a theme park heaven. Most of them are within easy driving distance from Bahama Bay.
Florida is well known for very high standards of customer service and Bahama Bay Resort is no exception. In 2006, it was awarded Virgin Holiday Best Hotel, Bronze Category.

Bahama Bay is close to all major attractions, just 10 minutes to Walt Disney World. Disney's Magic Kingdom, Universal Studios, Sea World, Wet'N'Wild are all within easy driving distance.
Because Florida is never more than 80 miles from coast to coast; beaches are about an hour's drive away from the resort. (Due east or west ).
Excellent Golf Courses abound. Nearest about 5 minutes drive from the resort.
Orlando has over 50 million sq ft of retail paradise.
Kennedy Space Centre is about an hour's drive away.
There is something for every member of the family!!

How to get there

-Nearest Airport is Orlando International Airport (MCO). About 45 minutes travel time to Bahama Bay Resort
-Alternative airport is Sanford International(SFA). 65-70 minutes.
-Other airports are Tampa and Miami, but this will mean longer transfer times.

We had a fabulous holiday. Bahama Bay was super. Your apartment was great with everything we needed. Very impressed. We spent most mornings by the pool then went to various attractions in the afternoon and evening. The weather was very hot with a few welcome short showers. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

We had a great time. I love the proximity to the theme parks and the resort is great. The only thing was the pool behind your apartment closes a little early (8pm?), but we just walked to the clubhouse which is a short distance. I always enjoy staying at this resort.

We have had a fantastic time. Your condo was lovely. It exceeded our expectations and made an excellent base for us. Everything was very clean and tidy when we arrived. The staff on reception were always welcoming and helpful. The pool and Jacuzzi just outside the condo were really nice especially on very hot, humid days. The take-out service at the Club House was really good value and tasty. We would have no hesitation in recommending you to friends and family and if we are lucky enough to be able to return – would come back to Bahama Bay again.

The location is ideal and the apartment itself was superb; we could not get over how much space we had; how easy it was to park; how well furnished and luxurious it all was. For any family intending to plod around the theme parks with their kids then I would definitely recomend bahama bay and your apartment.
