The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Florida is known as the Sunshine State because it has a perfect climate for all year round holidays. There are the world famous attractions of Disney and Sea World within minutes drive, as well as MGM Studios, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove and the Kennedy Space Centre.
To the South West of Orlando there are many beautiful white sand beaches some of these being around the Clearwater, and St. Petersburg area on the Gulf Coast. It takes just under an hour to reach the coast. To the east are the Atlantic beaches including Cocoa Beach near to the Kennedy Space Centre and Cape Canaveral. Daytona Beach is further north along the East coast. Daytona is famous for NASCAR racing.
Davenport / Hampton Lakes area
Hampton Lakes is regarded as one of the most exclusive and superior communities in Orlando. As you approach the dramatic entryway of Hampton Lakes, the entry pavillion, extensive landscaping and manicured foliage set the standard for this prestigious and exclusive community within the Walt Disney area. The Disney Resorts are only 10 minutes away. The development is conveniently situated on the U.S. 27 close to all the main attractions, golf courses, fishing lakes and within 5 minutes to the nearest supermarkets and bank.
How to get there
FROM SANFORD AIRPORT
Follow the exit signs out of SANFORD AIRPORT. Take a right turn onto LAKE MARY BLVD. Continue to travel on Lake Mary Blvd. for approx. 6 miles to I-4 Entrance. Take I-4 westbound towards Orlando. While you travel westbound on I-4, the exit signs will be in descending order. Travel to EXIT 64B. After exiting at Exit 64B, you will be traveling westbound on Highway 192. You will pass the Main Entrance to the Walt Disney complex, but continue to travel westbound on Highway 192, Continue on the 192 until highway 27, Hamptons Lakes is 3 mile from this point on the left hand side of the road.
From Orlando International Airport:
Take the Beeline Expressway (528) westbound. Continue on 528 westbound and merge onto I-4 West. Take I-4 westbound towards Tampa and Walt Disney World. Continue westbound on I-4 until Exit 64B. Exit at 64B which is Highway 192 (Irlo Bronson Highway) westbound. Continue westbound on highway 192 until you reach until you reach highway 27, follow the road on your left and continue until you come to Hampton Lakes on the left hand side of the road.
