Our Luxury Villa ‘your home from home’ awaits you and is situated on the prestigious community of hampton lakes, davenport just off the us 27, midway between the junction of interstate 4 and the sr 192, just minutes from the gates of Disney, within easy reach of the Orlando area airports and numerous superb golf courses, supermarkets and restaurant’s.
the Atlantic and gulf coasts can be reached in an hour or so.
the villa is fully air-conditioned and comprises two master suites – one with a king size bed, the other with a queen size bed with two further twin bedded rooms.
all bedrooms have cable tv, closets and draw space and we even provide hair dryers in each bathroom
the accommodation for your relaxation and enjoyment consists of a formal lounge / dinning room with tv and vcr, a large comfortable family room, fully equipped kitchen and utility room.
in the Family room there is a digital tv providing over 300 channels, a dvd player and cd player.
There is free high speed internet access and local telephone calls.
outside there is the garden and 28ft x 14ft South-West facing caged swimming pool enclosed by a wooded fence, thus providing complete privacy and due to its aspect sun most of the day.

Davenport is a city in Polk County, Florida, United States. The population was 1,925 at the 2000 census. As of 2004, the population estimated by the U.S. Census Bureau is 1,994.[1] While the city of Davenport itself is very small, the area north of the city close to Interstate 4 and US 27 is experiencing explosive growth. It is part of the Lakeland–Winter Haven Metropolitan Statistical Area
Davenport is located at 28°09'38N 81°36'10W / ?28.160530°N 81.602651°W / 28.160530; -81.602651.[5] Davenport is located within the Central Florida Highlands area of the Atlantic coastal plain with a terrain consisting of flatland interspersed with gently rolling hills.[6]
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.6 square miles (4.1 km2). 1.6 square miles (4.1 km2) of it is land and 0.1 square miles (0.26 km2) of it (3.68%) is water.

Interstate 4 - Located 8 miles north of town, this freeway provides access westward to Lakeland and Tampa, and eastward to the Walt Disney World Resort and Orlando.
US 17/92 - This main north/south route cuts through the center of town, leading northward to Kissimmee and southward to Haines City.
US 27 - Located a few miles west of town, US 27 provides access to I-4 going northward, and leads southward to Haines City and Lake Wales

Hampton Lakes is a popular family community and because of its central location you will be perfectly placed to explore the many attractions that Florida has to offer. As you arrive at Hampton Lakes from US27, you are greeted with a garden of mature palms, the neighbourhood is located in Davenport, Florida, located just minutes south of Disney World, may be the best spot for a vacation in the Orlando area.
The town of Davenport is just two square miles in size, but the Davenport area stretches out over the region that follows Highway 17, and east of Highway 27. Davenport is a small town nestled amid the booming growth of the Orlando/Kissimmee area.
