Add to that Universal Resort, Island of Adventure, Seaworld and Busch gardens and you can tell you have arrived for an action packed holiday. Davenport / Ridgewood Lakes area
Situated south of Orlando on Highway 27 not only within easy reach of the major theme parks but also in the heart of Central Florida. Have a break from the parks, have a round of golf on the award winning golf course. Have a day out at the beaches, both Clearwater, and St Petersburg are only approx 90 mins away whilst the Atlantic coast beaches along with the Space Centre are approx 2hrs drive.

How to get there
Direct flights available from all major UK airports to both Orlando International Airport, Sanford Airport and Tampa International Airport. Further details indoors: Inside the villa you have a large open plan Family Room and a separate formal Sitting Area. Opposite the formal sitting area is a large Dining Room should you wish to entertain in style. The bright and airy home has a fully fitted kitchen which has everything you need to prepare that gourmet meal for the dining room, nook or patio. The villa has four bedrooms with the master bedroom having a King size bed and luxurious en-suite with walk in shower and a Roman Tub. There is a Queen size bed in the second bedroom and the third bedroom has Twin beds. all three bedrooms have spacious walk in closets. The fourth bedroom has a large bed settee with entertainment centre including a 25"TV, Playstation 2/DVD Player. Patio doors in the family room lead out onto the fully furnished Lanai area with large sun deck and oversized South facing pool. The lanai has two electric fans for you to keep cool under the shade when that Florida sunshine gets a little too much. Other additional luxuries include a 52" big screen TV in the family room, 25"TV in the master bedroom and 14" portable TV in the second and third bedrooms. Cable TV is piped individually to all TV's. Internet access is available free of charge although you will need to provide your own laptop. For lazy days at home you will find the garage has been converted into a games rooms complete with 8'x4' slate bed mahogany snooker table and a 7' Air Hockey table.
Further details outdoors: The villa is located on Ridgewood Lakes Golf and Country Club, this is a private gated community with 24 hour security. The golf course is set within the Florida countryside and gives the impression of being a million miles away from the hussle and bustle of the theme parks. You can take a leisurely stoll around whats is one of the few golf courses in the area with so many water features. Tennis courts and a community pool are also available.
