About the home

Our luxurious traditional home is built on a plot of land that has been beautifully landscaped. With air-conditioned living space it feature four/five Bedrooms, two of which are Master Suites, three Bathrooms all equipped with hair dryers, fully fitted Kitchen, spacious Sitting Room, Dining Room, Games Room and an Office area which has a Dell computer and broadband internet access.

With every room finished to an extremely high standard, and a superb deck area with sun terrace, large pool with special night lighting, plus a hot tub, this truly is the home for a perfect vacation. To see a floorplan of our villa, click on the icon on the left.

It’s hard to believe that our home is situated only 10 miles from Disney with it being amongst the rolling hills and citrus groves of Davenport on the Calabay Parc community.

Calabay Parc offers one of central Florida's most enviable location's just minutes away from all of the major attractions and Championship Golf Courses, yet only a 45 minute drive from some of Florida's famous sandy beaches. It is also complimented with a children's play area

I have been meaning to get in touch with you since we returned from our holiday at your lovely Portafino villa but alas I have not had the time, so here I am now saying how much my whole family enjoyed their stay at Portafino, it was truly a delight. I believe that every member of my family including my 6 year old Grandson felt that the villa was the highlight of their holiday and just wish that we could have stayed longer.We are already talking about returning to Orlando in 2012 and will most certainly be looking you up Once again thank you for making our holiday so special with your wonderful villa.

Hi Gordon,

I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our holiday in your beautiful villa. Our journey there was rather hectic and troublesome but that soon disappeared when we opened the front door! It was wonderful. The kids had a fabulous time in the pool and my mum just loved everything. She'll definitely remember her 80th birthday.
I'll definitely be recommending your villa to our friends and I'm sure we will be back for another trip.

Premium outlets shopping is just 15 mins away has all top brands at factory outlet prices. Whilst Mall at Millenia is the best in shopping for the ladies!!! plus lots more mall's close by. Calabay Parc is a luxury estate situated on the 27 12 mins from Disney, 20 mins from Universal and 50 mins from Clearwater beach.

Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, take-aways, bars and other amenities are all only a few minutes away. For the serious shopper looking for that special offer or unrepeatable bargain, you can shop til you drop at the many shopping areas, such as The Florida Mall, Prime Factory Outlet World and Lake Buena Vista. In fact the selection of shopping malls, discount outlets, department stores and markets seem endless and prices are usually very favourable compared with the UK.

“Brilliant villa for Orlando hols” Relaxing villa a short way from central Orlando, had everything we needed for x6 adults comfy beds for a good nights sleep after a day out. Good facilities just down the road for shopping. Highly recommended.
