Davenport is a small town located southwest of Orlando near Lake Tohopekaliga and Lake Marion.It is surrounded by rolling hills and land that was once used for citrus growth.Davenport's central location makes it an ideal base for your Florida Vacation.Disney World is 12 minutes away and it is also minutes from Universal Studios, Seaworld, Wet and Wild, Gatorland etc.The Gulf Coast is only one hour away and the Atlantic Coast even less.Lake Tohopekaliga offers fishing, boating, camping, hiking and other outdoor activities.Davenport has two major supermarket, Walmart and Publix, both of which are within 5 mins drive plus many others. As for shops & restaurants, well you are spolit for choice & all are within easy access.

Kitchen: Cooker, hob, fridge /freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, food processor, all the cutlery, plates, cups, glasses and most other kitchen utensils you may need. Large circular dining table with 6 chairs and breakfast bar with 3 chairs.
Utility Room: Full size washing machine and dryer.
Living Rooms: The lounge area has a beautiful three and two seater sofa set with the three seater converting into a double bed if required.
Other: There is a games room with a 7 foot pool table, drinks fridge, card table, TV with playstation 2 and a selection of board games. Internet access now available.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Good quality bed linen and towels are included and there are ample sets to cover a family holiday. Our local management company clean the villa inside and out including the pool before and after every visit.

Further details outdoors:
The property is the first on the commnuty so has adjoining neighbours on one side only. To the rear there are properties but they are some distance away and do not directly overlook. The gardens are and pool are regulaily tended by our close by management team. There is a drive way to a double garage for off road, secure parking

Xmas/New Year/Easter £495/week

Long term rentals, 3 weeks are more will be discounted by 10%. Returning customers will be discounted at 5%. Bookings made within 4 weeks of travel will be discounted by 10%. Pool heat is available at a cost of £12 per day and is recommended October through to April. Bookings of 5 days or less will incur a cleaning charge of £65
