About the home

This beautiful 4 bedroom family villa with private pool is located in the Hampton Lakes area. It is fully air conditioned, has a large lounge, dining room and breakfast nook. It has a king size master bedroom, a double bedroom with en-suite and two triple bedrooms sharing a third bathroom.

There is a playstation2, Wifi and ipod docking station as well as a fully equipped games room with pool table, air hockey, darts, TV and music system.

Outside there is a fully screened East facing pool with enlarged deck that has ample furniture and sun loungers and also a BBQ. The pool overlooks conservation area and has a safety fence to guard the pool from small children.

There is a king size bedroom with en-suite comprising of a bath and shower, a double bedroom with en-suite comprising of a bath with shower.

Both have TV's in them. The third bedroom has single bunk beds and a third single bed and the fourth bedroom has double bunk beds in sleeping 3 people. They share a third bathroom.

At Hampton Lakes you have access to a white sand volleyball court, all weather tennis and basketball courts and children's play area in addition to a communal pool.

Fly into either Orlando International or Sandford Airport, either is only a short drive away. Spoilt for choice as to which airline to use from most places in the world. I suggest you go to expedia.co.uk and seek out the cheapest option but we regularly fly with Virgin direct from Manchester (UK) for £400 or less - dependent on season of course.

As for car hire, we can help. Please ask for a quote, telling us the size of car you require, number of drivers, etc. and we will get you the best possible price we can.

Don't want to drive? No problem we can arrange for you to be met at the airport and taken directly to the villa. You could be in the pool 30 minutes after touchdown!

Finding the place? It is easy to find but in any case I will send you detailed instructions as to how to find the villa, also how to get from there to the various parks, etc.
