Our villa is spacious and comfortable, sleeping up to 14 people, so ideal for both small and large groups of people. The pool and barbeque area overlooks the lake and is an ideal place to relax after a busy day shopping at the Florida Mall or having the time of your life at the Disney parks.
For those that like to keep active, there are tennis courts located on the estate and golf courses situated in and around the area. There is also a play ground opposite our villa where young children can play and have fun.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region
Our villa is in a fantastic area for all ages, the family will love to visit all the Disney parks and universal parks. It is about 1hr to Busch gardens and 1and 1/2 to the coast so you can please everyone. The restaurants are amazing, good value and plenty to eat.
There are plenty of shopping outlets and malls for all your designer bargains. You can see some great shows in the evening. Also look out for some great wildlife.
The Davenport / Hampton Lakes area
You are surrounded some excellent golf courses. You also have all the water parks if you have had enough of the theme parks, you can relax or join in the water rides.
You can catch a game of crazy golf or visit downtown Disney in the evening. So much to do and see all day and evening.
One place great to visit in the evening is the Boardwalk, its lovely. You can stroll round the lake, have a drink or a meal or just sit and relax.
