About the home

Our luxury villa comes complete with all the expected modern amenities including free wii-fi, 4 bedrooms (2 Master Suites), 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite) a fully fitted kitchen, American fridge freezer, a sofa-bed, air conditioning and heating through-out, games room (includes Pool & Air Hockey, Electronic Dart Board), cable television, with TV's in the family room and each bedroom. Books and Dvds are also available for guest use.

The South facing pool can be fully heated (charges apply) and the pool doors are alarmed for safety reasons.

Entrance to Disney World is only 10 minutes away .

One week before leave for your holiday, you will receive an Information Pack with directions to the Villa from the airports and the gate and lock box numbers so you can drive directly to the villa and let yourself in.

There is a Welcome book in the villa to tell you how everything works, give advice on nearby restaurants, beaches, local attractions and how to buy discounted disney tickets.

Publix supermarket is two minutes down the road and Walmart approx 7 mins dirve so you can stock up on everything you need. If you have any queries, our Management Company is on hand to help you out.

The 26 x 13 foot pool is surrounded by a large extended paved patio and be heated at an additional daily charge of £15.00 (recommended for October to March). The pool is screened for privacy and is serviced weekly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in. Lilos and other pool toys for kids and adults are available free of charge.

The paved pool deck is furnished with 6 padded chairs, a tables and sun beds, allowing you to lie back, relax and soak up the Florida sunshine. Evening pool lighting is available to enjoy the balmy evening after days on the golf course or at the parks.

Tuscan Hills a 24 Hr gated community located in Davenport on the US 27, just one mile from the intersection with the US 192. The Interstate 4 can easily be reached and provides direct access Southwest to Tampa (70 minutes) and Northeast to the centre of Orlando and the Airports (Orlando airport 30 minutes, Sanford airport 1 hour).

A whole host of family attractions including Walt Disney World, Universal and the Wizarding World of Harry Potter ,Sea World and Wet N Wild to name but a few are with-in 20 miles, as are over 120 quality golf courses which cater for every level of golfer including Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes and the Greg Norman designed Champions gate. The new Poisener Centre Mall with its up market retail outlets, restaurants and cinema is just 7 miles further down the Highway 27.

The Davenport / Tuscan Hills area

Half a mile from Tuscan Hills you'll find a Publix supermarket, while with-in just a couple of miles are all the essential amenities including a variety of shops, bars, restaurants, bank, petrol station and a Super Wal-Mart.

Golf courses are a short drive away.

The Tuscan Hills community Club House has numerous on site facilities including a tennis court, volleyball court, gym, children's play area. television, computer room, sitting area.

From Orlando International Airport, our villa is easy to find and only 35 minutes drive. Car rental available from the airport: Alamo, Avis, Dollar, Budget and National. The resort is also accessible if you arrive at Sanford Airport which is approximately 60 minutes away.

Detailed directions from both airports to the villa will be sent to you with the Information pack one week before you leave.

You will need some $1 bills to pay for the toll road depending on which route you are taking.

“Lovely villa for a relaxing holiday” "Wow" On arrival the villa was set up beautifully with towel animals arranged on the beds and the dining table was laid out and looked superb. Plenty of information on where to eat nearby and nearly all restaurants were tried by us!Owner was brilliant in assisting us with pick up from hotel and car rental arrangements.Ideal holiday villa for a relaxing base away from the busier areas of Orlando. “Would definitely rebook this house” The directions to the house were very clear and easy to follow, and included details about the different toll charge amounts. House was located on a secure gated community. Good choice of places to eat out and supermarkets close by Kitchen was very well equipped. “Beautiful villa in excellent location.” This was our 6th visit to Orlando but the first time in this property. We know the area well and so chose the villa for its location close to the Disney Parks and near to supermarkets and restaurants. The villa is beautifully furnished and clean and comfortable. The pool area was clean and very private , not overlooked at all. The added security of being in a gated community is also a welcome feature. The free wi-fi is also a great benefit so the children could use their ipads etc. The villa is easily reached from any of the airports ( we flew into Tampa so straight down the I4 ). All in all i would certainly recommend this accomodation as the owner was also very efficient ( she even rang us out there to check we were ok .) “A lovely home” The house is centrally located for all the parks and provides a lovely quiet escape. It is spacious and would comfortably house eight people (there were only four of us), the kitchen is well equiped and definately has the feel of a home rather than just a holiday rental. We had trouble with the pool heat during our stay and the management company were very helpful. I would thoroughly recommend this. “Delightful Villa with everthing you need” Stayed here first 2 weeks of September, the villa is well kept has 4 good bwedrooms a superb pool and spa. The pool area gets the sun all day, and is shielded from other homes so you do not feel over looked. It was close emough to shops, restaurants and the parks but yet just far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Great spot for a large family.
