With its spacious vaulted ceilinged rooms, elegant dining area and fully equipped kitchen it offers all the comfort levels and style you are looking for.
There is something for everyone. Not only a large flat screen tv in the family room, but tv's in all bedrooms, a dvd player, a PS2 with games, a selection of board games and books to while away any spare minutes you may have and an extended lanai area to lounge by the 30ft pool with a cocktail at the end of the day.
There is a telephone with free local calls - handy for booking park tickets or take-away deliveries!

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Our home is close to the I-4 on the US27 south of the 192. Champions gate and Reunion golf courses are within a 10 minute drive away. There are dozens of other courses such as Highlands Reserve and Mystic Dunes which are around 5 minutes away. Disney is a 15 minute drive and Seaworld and Universal studios are 20-25 minutes away not forgetting how close you are to either the Gulf or the Atlantic coasts.
Florida offers visitors a huge array of options in terms of things to do and places to visit with far more than just themeparks. Central Florida area is not only a golfer's paradise or shoppaholic's dream, it has activities to satisfy the needs of any age-group. With a superb, all year round climate no wonder it is the number 1 location for repeat visits!
Davenport / Highgate Park area
Shopping in the area is superb with a number of top quality shopping malls and factory outlets within a short drive. More immediate needs are very well catered for by a quality Publix supermarket and Wal-Mart store very close by. Tennis courts and a children's play area are within the community.
How to get there
From Orlando, take I-4 West to US 192 West. Take US 192 to US 27 and travel for 1.5 miles to Legacy Park Blvd. Turn right. HighGate Park is located at the end of the road on the left.

Further details indoors: We have personally chosen the furniture and decoration to provide your stay with the comfort levels and style you deserve.
Sleeping up to 10 in two Queen size and two Twin bedrooms with two extra rollaway beds, all have top range mattresses and high quality cotton bedding to give you a great night’s sleep. The spacious master suite has a large walk-in closet and it’s en-suite bathroom has his and hers inset hand basins, a hairdryer, a large walk in shower, corner bath and separate toilet. To get your day started there is a radio alarm clock.
The kitchen is fully kitted out for preparation of the simplest breakfast to sumptuous dinners and as well as the elegant dining room there is a table for four in the breakfast nook and for our younger guests, a high chair and character dinner sets to make meal times even more special.
We have included rackets and tennis balls to use on the resort court and a baby stroller is provided for the youngest members of your party.
Further details outdoors: With access via large patio doors from both the Master suite and the family room, the extended pool deck is fully screened with a removable child safety fence for extra piece of mind if you have small children. There is a large luxury table and 6 chairs with two matching sun loungers and lots of pool toys. There is a gas barbeque and we have also included plastic crockery so you can enjoy alfresco dining in comfort and safety.
Our 30' x 15' pool is lit so it can be enjoyed in the evenings and can be heated if required at a cost of £75.00 per week. There is a separate outside poolside shower provided.

Our management company will be on hand to help and ensure you get the most from the villa and your holiday. There is a 24 hour emergency phone number for your peace of mind and an internet cafe at their nearby offices for your free use. Whilst they are only a 5 minute drive away you will not have to find them on arrival as we have provided a coded key lock at the villa for your convenience.
