About the home

Set in a serene gated community lies our beautiful home. With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms Orlando Sunset offers that spacious feeling regardless of group size. With two lounges, jacuzzi and swimming pool, the villa is the ideal place for families/friends to relax after a busy day. There is also a family games room to keep the children (young and old) entertained.

Quiet and peaceful, yet just a short distance from Disney attractions, our villa is a gentle stroll from amenities, including an Irish Bar, restaurants and grocers.

The lounge has a High Definition TV with Cable.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need on a self-catering vacation.

Games room with Air Hockey, Electronic Darts and Fussball Table.

For those with younger children there is a high chair and travel cot to help make your stay a little easier. A pram can be made available on request.

Our driveway offers ample space for two cars.

The outside deck area boasts a 30 foot swimming pool and spa, which provides the finishing touch to this stunning home.

We recommend pool heating during Jan/Feb/March/Apr/Nov/Dec.
An additional fee of £80 per week is required for Pool Heating.

We have a Management Agency who will be happy to assist you on your vacation.

Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of £200 is needed to secure your booking.

A refundable security deposit of £200 is also required.

Any short term stays (less than 5 days) will incur a cleaning charge of $100.

Strictly no smoking except on the outdoor decking.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region

If you have never been to the Orlando area before it will be difficult to imagine how great a place it is, it really is a fantastic holiday destination with something for everyone. Aided by the wonderful year round warmth of its climate, it has become one of the world's favourite vacation destinations and it just keeps getting bigger and better.

There is a fantastic choice of things to see and do for people of all ages. For anyone with children, or grandchildren, or just for the young at heart the fact that Walt Disney World's 4 main theme parks are located here is probably enough. Add Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, SeaWorld, the Kennedy Space Centre and all the many other attractions and you simply have a must visit destination.

If you are a golfer, then Florida is paradise, with over a 1500 beautiful golf courses to choose from, many of which are in the Orlando area and some just minutes from the door. It's the ideal winter destination when Europe's courses are cold and wet. Why play in the wind and rain when you can play a different course every day with the sun on your back!

There are lots of places to dine out inexpensively, and you can buy a wide range of goods at prices much less than the UK with several shopping malls within easy reach.

The Davenport / Sunset Ridge, Davenport area

The newly opened, award winning Posner Park development with its vast array of shops, restaurants and entertainment is just a short walk away. With its tree lined boulevards, it really is the place to spend an evening without the need to drive.

Along the US27, within easy walking distance, there are a number of diners, a Chinese buffet and an Irish Bar 'Shamrock'.

If you would like to experience a true American Bar/Restaurant, we highly recommend a visit to 'Manny's Chop House' which is approximately a 15 minute drive away on US27 South.

We recommend you fly to Orlando International or Sanford Airport.

Travelling time from Orlando International is approximately 45 minutes and a distance of approximately 48 km (30 miles) and from Sanford it is approximately 75 minutes and a distance of 80 km (50 miles).

Villa is off the US27 close to amenities and is easily reached from the I4.

A car is essential. Car rentals can be arranged as part of a flight package or separately.

Assistance will gladly be provided with flight, car rental and attraction tickets if required.
