Bella Piazza is situated just 1 mile south from the junction of Highway 192 and Interstate 4. There is a large Publix, bank and shops within walking distance of the property, with a whole host of bars, restaurants, and shops.
5 minutes down the road on the US192 you will find bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. Highlands Reserve golf course is minutes away whilst they are over 50 courses for all standards within a 40 minute drive

Stayed here in May 2013 with my family of 4 kids, 3 being older teenagers who exclaimed "Wow!" as we walked in. Overall, we really enjoyed staying at the condo. It was very comfortable and conveniently close to shops, and superb value. If we do ever head out to that area of Florida again, we would definitely ask about staying here again. The condo was private, bright, well kept and a good size with comfortable and modern furnishings. Having 3 bathrooms with teenagers was fantastic ! The bedrooms are well separated from one another. The central kitchen and living area was nice, but the vent openings over the bedroom doors led to kitchen noises easily carrying through to the bedrooms (so early risers would have to be conscious of this). We used the kitchen to prepare meals every day, and it was well stocked. We used the pool (very few people, but some playmates for my youngest) and computers and wifi at the clubhouse, and the exercise room which was well-equipped and never overcrowded. The games room had a scissor lift in it the day we went to use it - but it was removed the next day. Noises from the neighbouring pool seemed to be a constant, and especially noticeable at night, but they were not disturbing once in the condo or on the balcony. A few minor improvements would bump up my rating: add wifi to the unit, some deep cleaning improvements (but nothing too bad that couldn't be tolerated - I'm picky), a larger TV in the living room, TV's in all bedrooms, waste recycling amenities/info. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and the owner was a pleasure to deal with.

This condo was perfect for our family. pool area was lovely and peaceful and made it easy to keep an eye my the children while they swam. The condo itself had everything we needed and even little extras to make our stay feel like home from home. Plenty of space to park and very quiet at night. There is a small shopping centre 500 metres away which we used on a regular basis, incuded publix, gas station, pizza take away and applebees, the latter being one of our favourite places to eat. Great food, service and well priced. I would highly reccomend giving this place a whirl. Walmart is also close by, maybe a 5 min drive on H27. The condo in no more than 12 mins from disney gates which is just how we like it to be honest. We appreciate being able to escape the hustle and bustle when we need to. However the whole drive is made better by all the restaurants and shops you have to pass just to get to disney!!! I have no doubt we will use the condo again in the near future, the facilities were brilliant and owner very helpful. Our fave restaurants were applebees, cracker barrell and Kobe, and celebration is a must for anybody. Hit market st cafe for breakfast.

This Condo was absolutely perfect for myself and my husband and who children. The two double rooms for ideal for my 14 year old son and my 20 year old daugther. It meant they both had their own space and their own ensuites. Although the location was slightly away from the Disney area (20 minutes from International Drive) it was not a problem. The condo was clean, spacious and the facilties perfect. Lovely pool, grounds and location to a Public and Applebeas Restaurant. Would definitely recommend this condo
