Enjoy the fun and the magic of Disney and the wonders of Orlando in our luxury and air conditioned villa. Our house is situated on a wonderful plot overlooking a conservation area. Sunbathe by the pool or sitting in the spa watching the sunset, what better way to relax after a hectic day in the theme park or a busy day at the shopping malls. There are 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms, and the two master suites both have ensuite facilities. The lounge has been tastefully decorated and all of the furniture has been upgraded to ensure that you have a comfortable holiday. There are televisions in all rooms. The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Sunshine and blue skies are always almost a fact of life in Florida, at any time of year. Florida is not known as the Sunshine State for nothing. The climate is Sub Tropical. There is a long hot and humid summer, this is Florida's rainy season. Winter's are mild, occasionally cool, but dry season.
Davenport / Legacy Park area
Highgate Park is part of Legacy park and ideally situated on Highway 27. This allows for easy access to all major roads and attractions in the area. Interestate 4, Highway 192 are minutes away allowing access to Disney theme parks (10 Minutes) Universal Theme Parks (30 minutes) Gof courses at Champion's gate (5 minutes.) Reunion golf course (10 minutes) Space coast (1 hour) Nearest beach (1 hour). There are no shortage of things to do and keep all the family interested, if you are all theme parked out, then you can play tennis, go fishing, horseriding. Davenport is a part of polk county and Polk have their own Historical museum in Bartow, set in the old court house, which is a wonderful historical building. Florida also has great nightlife.

Further details indoors: As well as a DVD and TV's we also provide a play station 2 and some games for our younger guests. Should you wish to you will be able to hire games from the local blockbuster and publix. Linen and towels are provided for your convenience, but we would ask that guests bring beach towels for use by the pool or waterparks etc. As we have upgraded all of our furniture you will be sure of a more comfortable sleep as our mattress are of a higher quality.
Games room includes pooltable, fussball and children's basketball.
Further details outdoors: The Villa's extended pool deck and spa is south west facing and overlooks a conservation area. The sunworshippers in your party will enjoy relaxing on the comfortable loungers provide. For dining alfresco comfortable chairs and a table are provided under the lanai. The pool and spa can also be lit in the evening if you wish to relax by the pool after the sun has set.
Further details
The swimming pool and spa can be heated for an extra charge, it is not usually needed from May to October. Terma and conditions will be sent with booking form. Hire of cots, stroller, bbq can be arranged thru our management company. Maid service can be arranged during your stay, prices available on request.
Conditions
Guests are required to provide £250 deposit to cover breakages, this will be returned to you on satisfactory inspection by our management company.
