Luxury spacious private villa with own pool situated on a lovely, well maintained gated community, ideally situated for Walt Disney World. It is only 30 mins from Universal Studios and Sea World). Should you wish to visit the coast, you are approx 1 hour from either coast. It is close to a supermarket and other shops, as well as having several golf courses within a 10 minute drive. Its own electrically heated, kidney shaped swimming pool with extended pool deck faces west, and with open aspect at the rear affords a great view of the lovely Floridian sunset.

The community has it's own clubhouse which has a communal pool, a mini gym, reading room and wi-fi internet access (all of which are free for our guests). There is also a football pitch, volleyball area and children's play area.

Our property is primarily our vacation home, and as such is better equipped than the average rental home. We offer highchair and cot facilities at no extra cost. The villa is spacious and it's cathedral ceilings ensures that it is light and airy. There are two lounges one of which has cable television (with over 100 channels including British Football) and DVD player, and there is a second television and DVD player which can be used in any room. Also provided is fre.e highspeed WiFi There is a table tennis table provided in the garage for your enjoyment.

The first master bedroom enjoys direct pool access via patio doors, and has it's own bathroom with shower, double heart shaped bath and separate WC. There is also a walk in closet off the bathroom. The second master is again en suite with shower and bath facilities. The third bedroom has an American Bunk (double underneath, single on top) and the fourth bedroom has twin beds.

The kitchen is well equipped with hob, oven, grill, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer with ice maker and a good range of cooking utensils. There is a 'formal' dining room, but also an 'informal' area for eating with a table and breakfast bar.

The cost quoted is inclusive of all Florida state taxes, utilities, cable TV and free local phone calls. The only extra charge is pool heat which is optional and costs £60 per week.

Our management company is small and local which ensures that you get a personal service. They will provide a welcome pack if you so wish and are available 24 hours per day in the event of an emergency.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region

Florida is the Sunshine State of America - it is Sunny all year round with lowest average temperature being December to February where afternoon temperature are about 25 degrees C (77degrees F) with about 7 hours of sunshine. March to May average temperature is 28 degrees C (82 degrees F) with June to Aug being 31(88), and
Sept to Nov 30 degrees . It has fabulous beaches and wherever you are in Florida you are no more than 50 miles from a beach.

The Davenport / The Manors South at Westridge area

The main attraction in Orlando in the Disney Theme Parks, Universal and Seaworld but there is plenty to do beside these parks. The Disney Waterparks are fantastic and well worth a visit. Kennedy Space Centre is about an hour away, and there is a huge wildlife reserve next to the centre where you can see assorted wildlife including alligators, birds, racoons and dolphins and manatees if you are really lucky. There are lots of places to shop and eat nearby. There are approx 10 golf courses within a ten minute drive. The area is well suited for all ages and offers the opportunity for either a quiet relaxing holiday, or a very busy activity holiday with lots of nightlife, or a mixture of the two.

“great location and value for money” Great location easy access to Disney and to i4. Owners have great knowledge of Orlando. Great value for money. Good sized rooms.

“So good we keep returning!!” The villa is located in a small secure gated residential estate. Its close to all amenities, 5 mins from Walmart and 2 mins from a few restaurants. The Disney parks are within 15 mins drive away and as its situated in Davenport I believe it won't be far from the new Legoland once that opens. The estate has a clubhouse with a small gym which was great to burn off all the calories we ate and a large outdoor pool although its not heated but good if you want to do laps. The villa itself has a lovely heated pool (which gets the sun in the afternoon) and 3 large double bedrooms with a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed in it. Theres a table tennis table in the garage to play with as well. My favorite thing is the HUGE bath to relax in after a day walking around Disney!! We have stayed at this villa 3 times and will go back again. Yvonne is great to deal with and Alan from the management company calls round to check everything is ok from time to time but is always a phone call away if needed. There are DVD's, books and pool toys to use, you will find you won't need to buy anything other than food and drink. The visitors book is filled in by everyone by the looks of it and is full of great tips and recommendations....even added some myself :o). In summary I can't recommend it enough, the price is great, the villa is great and the location is great.

“brilliant” this property is very clean and well equipped and kept to a high standard it has plenty of shops and restaraunts within 5mins and is only 10-15mins from disney i have been to this property on 5 separate occasions and will be going again

“Fabulous villa with a wonderful pool” This was our 4th time of staying in this fabulous villa. We have always found it extremely comfortable, clean and well equipped. The pool-deck faces west, so we enjoyed some wonderful Floridian sunsets. It is very convenient for the Disney parks (approx. 15mins drive). and well situated to visit the rest that Florida has to offer. Within a short distance is a variety of shops and restaurants (especially recommend "Publix" supermarket)

“A real home from home but with the sunshine and a great pool!” Just perfect, our stay included christmas so it was a nice touch to have a christmas tree and pool decorations. Thank you. The villa was a lot bigger than I expected. It was very well equipped. The heated pool was great during the christmas holidays. Location felt very safe and secure. Hope to stay again and would recommend to all.

Villa absolutely fantastic in terms of space, pool and location

Villa is lovely - convenient for all stores and attractions

The photos do not do the villa justice - much more spacious than the pictures can show.

Our first trip to America. The owners were extremely helpful providing all information that we needed and able to answer all our questions.

We needed to ask for help from the management company whilst we were there. They responded promptly and were extremely helpful - giving us a personal service.
