About the home

A fantastic located family home with all the luxuries you would need to make your holiday extra special.

Within easy traveling distance to all the major theme parks and shopping malls. Located just off the US 27 and a couple of minutes drive to the 192 or Interstate 4.

Whether you are on holiday to ride the newest and craziest rides of the theme parks or shop the days away, our home will have what you will need to fill the time in between.

Our beautiful home consists of 5 bedrooms. Master Bedroom, Double Bedroom and Mickey's Twin Bedroom Upstairs and downstairs another Double Bedroom and Spongebob's Twin Bedroom.

Each Bedroom Has been fitted with top of the range bedroom furniture and luxury mattresses.
DVDs & LCD TVs with cable (upgraded cable in the master bedroom and living area...extra sport and film channels) can be found in each bedroom...Spare clean sheets and blankets are located in the wardrobes...

Our home has 3 full bathrooms and single WC with a wash basin.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you would need for home cooking and baking and a selection of plastic plates and glasses for meals at the side of the pool. We have a formal dining table which can seat upto 8 people when opened up and an informal dining table seating 6. Our breakfast bar can also seat an additional 2 people.

The living area has 2 leather reclining sofas and a large TV with cable and DVD player, also a CD player.

The family room is located upstairs and consists of home cinema surround sound, LCD TV & cable, also a DVD player with a large selection of family films. Nintendo Wii with a great selection of fun games and activities can be requested with an additional security deposit. Board Games for all the family are also found in the family room with a poker set for the adults.

To the top of the stairs is a place of relaxation or working on your laptop. You will find a luxury Chaise Longe and a writing/computer desk. We have placed a few paperback books for mum when she wants to escape the excitement of the holiday.

The Utility room has a large Washer, separate Dryer, ironing board with iron, vacuum, mop & brush.

We have an additional double sofa downstairs which pulls out has a bed.

The games room is well equipped for all the family, Pool Table, Air Hockey, Foosball and a safe electronic dart board. For the men of the family we have a drinks cooler for the all important chilled beer.

Last but not least is our large heated private pool with a large patio area, seating upto 11 people( three seats are sun loungers). Not to forget our Gas Grill/BBQ, for those evening meals by the pool.

For the little ones in the family we have safety gates to the top and bottom of the stairs, making life a bit more relaxing for mum. Also a high chair, bouncy seat, inflatable baby bath, potty and toilet seat. A couple of ride on toys can be found in the games room. All less for mum and dad to pack!

Fully air conditioned/heated and has secured Wi-Fi.

Another added extra is our monitored security alarm, which will give you peace of mind when you are out having fun.

Highgate Park is a gated community with a security guard regularly patrolling.

A non refundable $200 / £100 deposit is required to secure your booking, which needs to reach us within 1 week.

Payment has to be paid in full 8 weeks before your arrival date along with a $250 / £150 refundable security deposit ( which is an insurance against theft and damage).
Any damage to our property will result in lose of your security deposit.

If there are any accidents or breakages to our property, please report them to our property management.

We accept cheques / checks, paypal and credit cards.

Highgate Park in Davenport is a popular area for tourists planning on visiting the local attractions at Disney World, Seaworld Universal. It is also popular with the golf enthusiasts. Numerous golf courses are situated around the Davenport/Kissimmee area.

Fishing and Air Ballooning are also popular activities in Davenport. In the morning you can view the air balloons travelling close by .

There are a fabulous array of shopping malls for the shop-a-holic.

There is also ample nightlife for the younger tourists.

From Orlando International Airport you enter the airport toll road ($1.25), head for Interstate 4(west).
You will be on the Interstate 4 for around 15 minutes, then head for the Highway 192(west).
You then need to look for the US 27(south-Haines City)
Once on the US 27 you will come to a cross roads, on your right will be Legacy Park Blv. Take that turn then carry on down the road until you come to Highgate Park on your left. The subdivision is gated, you will need access codes to get in.
The trip will take around 40 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.

Virgin Atlantic Airlines takes you direct to Orlando International Airport(non stop)
Thomson, First Choice will take you to Sanford Airport, which is further away-It could take upto an hour (traffic conditions pending)

Car Hire- The cheapest way is not to hire your car at the airport, you will get charged higher rates and extra taxes. A taxi from the airport to the car hire centre could work out cheaper, or a taxi to your destination and pick up your car close to your home!
There are car hire places close to the airports. Avis has a hire centre close by.
