Villa 500 offers 2,580 square feet of meticulously maintained, air-conditioned accommodation featuring two master suites providing the ideal solution for two families holidaying together. A large covered deck features an inviting swimming pool which can be heated when required and a built-in spa which can help you to unwind at the end of a busy day at the parks. The villa boasts an enviable view of the golf course over which hot air balloons can often be seen floating early in the morning creating a beautiful, colourful sight. The pool and patio area are protected by a screened lanai and has tables, comfortable chairs and sun loungers suitable for alfresco dining and sunbathing. The alarmed patio doors prevent small children from gaining access to the pool area without your knowledge. Large games room.

Villa 500 overlooks the fairways of the renowned award-winning Highlands Reserve Golf Course which sits on one of the highest areas of Florida and offers remarkable scenery along with a course designed for keen golfers. This championship Mike Dasher design gives you pine tree-lined fairways reminiscent of the Carolinas, open spacious fairways likened to the great Scottish courses, and a bit of old Florida with citrus trees along the countryside. Large, fast, undulating greens make this course challenging and fun for all levels of golfers. There is a well-stocked Golf Shop, a Club House with snack bar, a practice ground and a mobile beverage cart brings cold drinks and snacks to you whilst playing. Golf lessons can be arranged and equipment can be rented. Highlands Reserve Golf Club is a Central Florida favourite.

Complimentary use of the Highlands Reserve community tennis, pool and playground facilities is included.

Villa 500 is situated 15 minutes to Disney, 20 minutes to Universal Studios and SeaWorld and less than 5 minutes to Berry Town Centre (strip mall) for an excellent supermarket (Publix), family restaurants (including Applebee's Grill Bar, Bamboo Wok Chinese Restaurant, Mia Pizza Restaurant, Kumo Japanese Restaurant, Kokopelli's Bistro and Sunday's Grill), bars, banks, a petrol station, hairdressers, beauty salon and nail spa. The Highlands Reserve Golf Clubhouse is a few minutes walk from the villa, providing complimentary use of the community tennis court, swimming pool and children's play area. Within a short drive from Villa 500 there are many restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets including Carrabba's Italian Grill, TGI Fridays, Red Lobster, Cracker Barrel, Sizzler, Benihana, Bahama Breeze, Texas de Brazil, California Pizza Kitchen and The Olive Garden. Magnificent shopping, dining and nightlife are just a short drive away. The beautiful beaches of Florida's Gulf and Atlantic Coasts are readily accessible and are a one hour drive away.

Visit the universe of myths, legends and superheroes at Universal's Islands of Adventure and offers Universal CityWalk for shopping, dining and nighttime entertainment. The recently opened Wizarding World of Harry Potter is 20 acres of rides, shops and Harry Potter experiences.

Legoland is coming in 2011! Orlando will be home to the world's largest Legoland which is planned for the former site of Cypress Gardens. It is expected to include between 40 and 50 main attractions.

SeaWorld Orlando, Aquatica and Discovery Cove provide a marine life adventure park with themed shows, up-close animal encounters, attractions and rides, a water park with wave pools, lazy rivers and raft rides.

Other attractions include NASA, Gatorland, Harry P Leu Gardens, Lake Eola Park, Loch Haven Park, Orange County Regional History Centre, Orlando Fire Museum, Fantasy of Flight, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It Or Not and Wet 'N Wild.

Highlands Reserve is situated just off the HWY27 in Davenport, just 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 50 minutes from Sanford International airport. Flights are available from British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, First Choice, Monarch and Thomas Cook. Car hire is available at both airports from Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Hertz and Thrifty.
