About the home

Set in the quiet community of Westridge, this 4 bedroom villa is the perfect base for your Orlando experience.

The villa has a south-west facing pool and spa and the patio area is not directly overlooked. The family room TV has a British football channel. High speed internet access is available and there is a safe for your personal security.
All linen and towels are provided. We have a cot, highchair and pushchair for our smaller guests.

Walt Disney World is only 15 minutes drive away and the Gulf coast and Kennedy Space Centre are approximately 1 hour away each. There are many golf courses nearby, including one on the next community, 5 minutes away.

There are many shops and restaurants within easy reach.

Minimum stay is 5 days.

There is a large family room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook, laundry room and double garage.
There is a HD TV in the family room which shows British football.
The villa has DVD players, hi-fi's and a PlayStation 2.
There is high speed internet access and for your personal security we have installed a safe.
We have a cot, highchair and pushchair for our smaller guests.

There is a private pool (15 ' x 30') and spa, with a mesh enclosure to keep out the bugs. This can be heated during the winter months.
There is a six seater table on the patio as well as extra chairs and sun loungers.
The patio area is not directly overlooked.

A deposit of £100 per week is required within 7 days of booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to departure.
Pool heating is available at an additional £75 per week.

Conditions

Strictly no smoking except outside.
A security deposit of £100 per week is taken at the time of the balance payment to cover breakages and is refundable.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region

The sunshine state of Florida is the holiday capital of the world, with Orlando at its centre.
Our villa is the perfect place for exploring all the attractions that Orlando has to offer, whilst also being perfect for relaxing away from the hustle and bustle.
The theme parks of Walt Disney World are 15 minutes away, with Universal Studios and Sea World approximately 30 minutes each.

There are golf courses nearby and a large selection of shops, restaurants and amenities within a short drive. Florida also has wonderful wildlife, coastline and countryside to explore.

The Davenport / The Manors North at Westridge area

The villas are a 15 minute drive from Walt Disney World and 30 minutes from Universal Studios and Seaworld.
The coast is about an hour's drive for the Gulf coast in the west of NASA space centre in the east.
There are several golf courses in the area and many interesting nature parks to visit.
There is a Publix supermarket within a 2 minute drive as well as several shops and restaurants.

Fly to either Orlando International Airport or Sanford (Orlando). Orlando International is a 40 minute drive from our villa whilst Sanford is about 80 minutes away.
Flights are also available to Tampa (about 80 minutes away).
Car hire is readily available at all of these airports and is the easiest and cheapest way of getting around in Florida. I can arrange your car hire for you.

“Absolutely fabulous villa. Everything you need under one roof.” Really enjoyed staying at this villa. It had everything you needed. It was nice & clean. The wildlife you could see at the back of the house was fantastic. Not to far from the shops or the parks. I would defenetley book this villa again.
