We are very pleased to share our private vacation home with you. It has been equipped with ALL THE LUXURIES AND CONVENIENCES that we prefer when we vacation, such as extra soft 600 THREAD ALL-COTTON SATEEN SHEETS, thick cotton towels, Playstation 2 & TV with PS2 games to keep the kids (and the young at heart!) busy, large movie assortment (almost every movie from every theme park), TV in every bedroom, air-conditioned game room, nursery w/cot/crib & portable crib, extra-large pool area, ETC! If you do not see what you need in our website description, please ask; we can probably provide it!
Wireless high speed internet is available; just bring your laptop (equipped with wireless card) and be able to access the internet from anywhere in the villa.
There is plenty of room to spread out in this 2-level home - 7 bedrooms (4 master bedrooms) plus a nursery with full-size crib/cot and portable crib. Extra-large eat-in kitchen, plus dining room so everyone can sit. Two separate living room areas, and best of all - a fully-equipped game room with pool table, foosball and stereo CD/radio.
Each of the 4 master bedrooms has a TV and private bathroom access. One master is on the first floor (for folks who don't do stairs). The remaining 3 bedrooms each have 2 twin beds, and 2 rollaway beds are also available.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Located in the prestigious Hampton Lakes community, our 7 bedroom villa boasts one of the best views of the area. With no rear neighbours to block the sun or the view, you will have a wonderful view of the Florida landscape from the pool area. Disney fireworks can be seen at night in the distance, and hot-air balloons sometimes set up and launch in the field directly behind the villas.
Davenport / Hampton Lakes area
Our house is stocked with detailed guidebooks and road maps, with travel directions & short-cuts, as well as information on all the area attractions, including: Disney World (Animal Kingdom entrance) - 19 minutes (travel time), Sea World - 22 minutes, Universal Studios - 26 minutes,
GOLF - with over 80 courses catering to every skill level, duffers and low handicappers can play courses designed by famous golf architects like Tom Fazio, Robert Trent Jones, and Jack Nicklaus.
