This beautiful four bedroom, three bathroom villa has two en suite bedrooms and both have doors out directly onto the pool deck. One is queen size, with an en suite bath and shower and the second is a double with an en suite combined shower and bath. The two further twin bedrooms share a third bathroom.
The spacious living area has a family room with TV and DVD player. The superbly equipped kitchen, which has every convenience for your stay, has the added benefit of a breakfast nook. A laundry room with washer and dryer is also provided for your convenience.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Orlando, Florida is regarded as America's sunshine state and is gaurenteed sunshine all year round no matter what time of year you visit.
One of the Orlando, Forida's biggest attractions is its year-round mild weather. Mid-Florida’s sub-tropical climate has long been a strong drawing card for tourists and residents alike. At the heart of the “Sunshine State”, the area’s average annual temperature is a comfortable 72.4 degrees. Orlando, Florida can boast hot and sunny weather throughout the year. The warmest months are July and August when temperatures can rise to 31 degrees Celsius (90 degrees Fahrenheit). In the cooler months, October through March, temperatures tend to be in the region of 19 Degrees Celsius (70 degrees Fahrenheit).
Davenport / Aylesbury Davenport area
Aylesbury, Davenport, is a recently completed prestigious private community located a few miles south of central Kissimmee. It is in a quiet location on US 27 and within easy reach of Interstate 4, which means minutes from all the major attractions.
The exciting parks of Disney World are just 15 minutes drive up the road by car, and the busy 192 highway with all its shops, restaurants and attractions is only 10 minutes away.
For a day out further afield, the beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast are an hours drive, and the Atlantic Coast with Kennedy Space Centre only 90 minutes. There are several excellent golf courses close by.
Theme Parks Disney World, Theme parks include Magic kingdon, Epcot Centre MGM Studios and Animal Kingdom as well as Downtown Disney, also, near the theme parks are the Typhoon Lagoon & Blizzard Beach water parks. There is also Universal Studios, Sea World Orlando, Wet N Wild.
POSNER PARK: Posner Park the new retail shopping mall is right on the door step of the villa, therefore, no need to drive miles to other shopping malls to do your shopping. Posner Park Mall phase one is due for opening in the spring of 2008. This new retail development will also include stores that will be familiar to shoppers, including J.C. Penney, Target, Best Buy, the electronics and appliance chain; Staples, Ross, the off-price clothing chain, PetSmart, the national pet supplies and services merchandiser and Dick's Sporting Goods store. Seven other retailers, including Belk, Best Buy and Staples, will fill out the initial phase of nearly 420,000 square feet of retail space at Posner. Posner Park will be an open-air complex. Also, nearby is the new Publix store, which is an ideal supermarket for discounted prices.
LOCAL SHOPPING: There are a number of local shops, restaurants, etc.within two minutes drive of the house located on Route 27, just off the junction with the I4.These include a Seven 11 store, which is similar to the UK Spar grocers, on the left hand side of Route 27 as you travel back to the I4.
WALMART SUPER CENTRE: This is the largest Supermarket close to the Villa and where you can buy virtually anything you may want. It is located South on the left hand side of Route 27 about ten minutes drive.
GOLF:
There are at least 100 Golf courses with many up to championship standard within 30 minutes drive of the Villa.
CHAMPIONS GATE: Less than 10 minutes drive from the Villa there are two championship courses designed by Greg Norman. These courses are regarded as one of the top courses, not only in Florida, but in the United States and are easily accessed from the Junction 55 on the I4.
DISNEY: Five championship golf courses within 15 minutes drive of the Villa. First class for quality and facilities.
How to get there
Directions from Orlando Int. Airport
Take the SOUTH exit and keep to the right, turn right onto 417 (toll road) and stay on this road all the way to Interstate 4 WEST. Continue on Interstate 4 West to Exit 55 and turn right onto US Highway 27 South (keep to the right side lane at the fork on the off-ramp). Continue for approximately 1.5 miles then hold to the left lane. You will see a sign for the Red Carpet Inn. Take the next left alongside the Red Carpet Inn (Citrus Ridge Drive) and continue 0.2 miles until you reach Aylesbury Lane, which is the second entrance on the left hand side. As you enter Aylesbury Lane, No. 137 is on your left hand side.
Directions from Sanford Airport.
As you leave the airport follow signs for Interstate 4 WEST (Orlando). After approximately 8.2 miles you will reach the turn-off for the I4 WEST and you will be branching left onto this. From there continue straight on to Exit 55 ) and follow directions as shown above for the entrance just past the Red Carpet Inn.
