This beautifully furnished 10 person 2 storey 4 bed 2.5 bath home has great views of the 10th fairway at Highlands Reserve Golf Club. The ground floor consists of a family room with 50" HD TV, DVD, iPod Stereo and a CD stereo system, fax/printer, and a Super Fast Wireless Broadband Connection. A fully fitted and equipped kitchen, a dining area. King master suite with TV and DVD, a half bathroom and a laundry room with washer and dryer. The Master Bedroom is on the ground floor. It is En suite with separate shower and bath, plus a 42" TV in a matching cabinet to the bedroom furniture. The second floor has a queen bedroom with TV and DVD, 2 twin bedrooms all with cable LCD TV and DVD and there is a full bathroom. The pool, spa and deck overlook the 10th fairway of Highlands Reserve Golf Course and facing west it offers all day sunshine and beautiful Florida sunsets. As an added bonus there are free international, national and local telephone calls.
Free Golf - Registered Guest benefit from free golf at Highlands Reserve for 2012. The cost of the green fee at the club is free through this property. A rental fee of a golf buggy is payable.

The ground floor is suitable for wheel chair access, but none of the facilities or access have been specifically adapted. There is queen bedroom and bath/walk in shower room on the ground floor.
The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region
Highlands Reserve is a championship Golf Course with private homes distributed along the fairways. There is a shopping parade on Highlands Reserve with supermarket, banks, restaurants, doctors, etc.
Fairway View has access to the tennis court and communal swimming pool - approximately 5 mins walk from the villa.
Highlands Reserve is located along Highway 27 which connects easily with Interstate 4 - the main Highway that connects the west coast to the east.
The Davenport / Highlands Reserve Golf Course area
Set atop one of the highest areas in the region, Highlands Reserve is not your typical Florida golf course. This championship design by Mike Dasher gives you tree-lined fairways reminiscent of the Carolinas, open spacious fairways likened to the great Scottish courses, and a bit of old Florida with citrus trees dotting the countryside. Large, fast, undulating greens make this course challenging and fun for all levels of golfers with water coming into play (barely) on just one hole, #10. It's a very sporty course and although it's a tad shorter in length, it can still be a "wee tough" if your game's not on!
