Our truly superior, 4 bedroom/ 3 bathroom villa, is situated in the Westbury sub-division of Davenport, just south of the intersection of Interstate 4 (I4) and the US27.

This extensive, fully air-conditioned home, which will sleep up to 10 people. is tastefully furnished to a very high standard. The spacious, open plan, living area, with a corner sofa, is ideal for relaxing at the end of a long day – and deciding what to do tomorrow! Watch the large flat screen TV or a DVD, surf the 'net with Wi-Fi access across the whole property including the pool area, listen to some music or play a game of pool or table football in the brand new games' room. Of course there's always the x-box 360 to play on too.

There are two master bedrooms each with en-suite facilities. One has a queen size bed while the other has a bed fit for a honeymoon suite: A four poster King size complete with full canopy. There are also two twin rooms sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom. All towels and bedding are provided for you.

This very desirable holiday home is further enhanced by its own private, south facing, pool (Optional heating available) complete with pool side furniture and a covered lanai for outdoor eating. It affords a very private spot to unwind and relax in the fabulous Florida sun.

A high stooled, dining table off the living room, complements the breakfast table within the open plan kitchen area. The fully fitted kitchen benefits from a large fridge/freezer and ice maker, cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. There is a sizeable selection of plates, bowls and glasses for both indoor and outdoor use, cutlery, a full set of pans, in fact everything you need to create a meal should you feel like cooking.

There is also a washer and drier - so leave the washing to do itself while you relax and unwind.

Only minutes to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and Legoland theme parks plus some of the world's best golf courses. There are supermarkets and dining (both formal and informal) nearby including the NEW Posner Park shopping complex. Other Florida attractions including Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Centre are within easy driving distance. The Gulf Coast can be reached in 90 minutes while the Atlantic Ocean can be reached within one hour. Everything you could possibly need really is close at hand.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Victoria (the owner) a message.

If Victoria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
