About the home

Completed in November 2005, this villa is finished to a high standard throughout, and is the perferct base for your holiday. 2 master suites, both with direct access to the pool deck. The 2 twin bedrooms share the 3rd bathroom. Free use of a cot and highchair if required. Luxury fitted kitchen, with all necessary applicances. The pool is 30' x 15' with a jacizzi. The pool deck is extended, so there is plenty of room around the pool for relaxing. All outsied furniture available. A large lanai gives shade from 10am onwards. The property is air conditioned throughout, and the bedrooms, games room, lounge and lanai all have ceiling fans for extra ventilation.

The garage has just been converted into a games room, featuring 8ft pool table, foosball table and an air hockey table. It also has a 52"tv & DVD player, together with a bar table and stools. This is a wonderful property, perfectly placed for the attractions, yet in a quiet development. Wireless internet connnection now avaialbalbe! Plus FREE telephone calls landlines in UK, USA, Canada and Puerto Rico.

The large shaded lanai is a big bonus. This is a fantastic area leading off fro the lounge, where there is sufficent room for all guests to laze around in the shade from 10 am onwards. It is perfect for long relaxing lunches! Conversely, the pool has the benefit of the sun from sunrise until about 5pm. There is plenty of room around the pool to sunbathe.

Heating available for the pool at the additional cost of £90 per week. Recommended from approximately October to April.

No pets. No smoking. Deposit of £150 per week payable on booking, balance payable 10 weeks prior to occupation. A security deposit will be taken by our agents on arrival.Bookings of less than 7 nights incur an additional cleaning fee of £50. Minimum stay 4 nights
