This two story villa offers a fantastic base for your holiday in Florida. Set on a quiet estate just 15 minutes from Disney, it offers luxurious and spacious accommodation for up to 10 people. It has 5 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suite, family bathroom and separate cloakroom. 2 of the bedrooms are situated on the ground floor and 3 on the 1st floor. The house has a telephone line and cable tv. The garden is south facing and within this area is a private swimming pool with jacuzzi. The kitchen offers a spacious area to cook and the house has a separate utility area with washing machine and separate dryer. With close proximity to many of the theme parks in the area, and shopping malls not far away, this makes a central base for your holiday. The beaches are around an hours drive and if you prefer to only do a few of the parks, you can relax in your surroundings by the pool.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Florida has very favourable temperatures throughout the year. Even during the winter you can mostly get away with T-shirt and shorts. Hurricane season is usually September/October but these rarely cause problems. Florida is home to many theme parks and many other tourist attractions. There is so much to do and see here that you will be very pushed to see everything in 2 weeks. There are also many shopping malls within the area so you can take advantage of the cheap prices to be had on clothes, CD's jewellery and many other items. Florida has a huge coastline of white sandy beaches and the Florida keys and Miami are also not too far away. Saint Augustine towards the North of Florida is said to be the oldest recorded part of Florida and there many historical trips giving the history of the area.
Davenport / Tuscan Ridge area
Orlando is the home of Disney. Within the Disney parks are The Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot and MGM studios. These alone take up 4 whole days of your holiday to explore properly. Disney also have a 'Downtown' area full of bars, restaurants and clubs. Nearby is Universal Studios along with its sister park Islands of Adventure. Universal Studios provides a behind the scenes look at the movies while Islands of Adventure has many high thrill rides and water rides. Here too is a 'Downtown' area known as the Boardwalk which is Universals answer to Disneys downtown. There are cinemas, restaurants and shops for you to have a good look round. Wet 'n' wild is a large water park which enables you to relax by the pool or cool off on the numerous water rides around the park.
How to get there
You can fly from Gatwick, Heathrow, Manchester and Birmingham - into Orlando International Airport or Sandford. Car hire is available with Holiday Autos at very reasonable prices. There are taxis available but it is best to hire a car.
