About the home

Our villa is beautifully furnished and situated in Davenport on Highway 27 within comfortable driving times to Orlando's theme parks. The coast with beaches and Busch Gardens is approximately 60 minutes away.
The south west facing pool is not overlooked and great after a day at the parks or having a lazy day to catch some of those famous sunshine rays.. There are steps in and a shallow end for smaller children.
The Great room has comfortable seating with a 50' plasma true high definition TV, cable channels and DVD player. There is a music system with ipod docking and Wifi interent access available throughout the villa.
The four bedrooms are two masters with en suite bathrooms,one with two single beds and one with a bunk bed that has a full size bed on the bottom. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs. There is a 3rd bathroom with shower over the bath.
A games room with a professional pool table, air hockey table and foosball is there for those family competitions.
Local, Long distance and International calls are included. Wifi internet is available.
The villa is alarmed for guest safety.
We have a local management company who are available 24 hours a day to assist you.

In ther fourth bedroom there is a bunk type bed with a full size on the bottom, sleeping 3 in this room. Ideal for young children who need an adult a bit closer.
Essentials including, dishwasher, laundry detergant, toilet tisue are included with your stay.

Large pool deck with sunloungers.
Doors accessible onto pool deck are alarmed for safety.
Access to shower/bathroom directly from pool area.

25% deposit to secure booking of villa.
Balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. A refundable breakage deposit of £200 is payable with balance. Refunded within 28 days subject to a satisfactory post inspection report.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region

Florida known as the Sunshine state is a year round holiday destination. It has a very diverse array of attractions that will suit everyone. Orlando is in the centre of Florida and has all the theme parks and waterparks for fun filled vacations.
Within 15 minutes of the villa there are at least 15 golf courses many with championship rating that is open for any golfer to enjoy in the sunshine.
The many waterways and national parks means you can see and learn about the local wildlife and fauna as well as the history surronding this beautiful state.
Once you have visited you will be enchanted and comeback many times with family and friends.

The Davenport / Westbury, Davenport area

Westbury is a small peaceful community that is ideally located. Disney is 12 minutes, Seaworld, 15minutes and Universal studios 20 minutes(Harry potter due to open 20th june 2010).
Posner park is less than 5 minutes away, with Target, J C Penney, Bestbuy to name a few. Premium outlets is a short drive up the I4 that has all the shopping you could hope for, Publix, Walmart, Lowes are about 5 minutes drive that passes the regional hospital.
There are many restaurants to eat at with some nice local individual eateries that are well worth a visit.
Numerous golf courses are in the immediate vicinity there is one for everyone whatever level you may be at.
Both coasts are within an hours drive with some beautiful beaches to relax on. Cocoa beach on the East coast has good surf for those of you with your boards.
Florida has lots of local events that are great to meet the local people. The details can usually be found in the local Orlando /Sentinal. Great fun for all the family.
Local radio can be a good source of local events that are happening in the local area.
The current Cypress Gardens is being transformed into the biggest Legoland park in the world and due to open the back end of 2011. It will be a great addition to what is already on offer particularly for young families.

Flights arrive at either Orlando International or Sanford. It will take approximately 30 mimutes and 50 minutes to reach villa.
Virgin provides a very good direct flight to Orlando but for a much more reasonable price the American airlines are worth looking at.
Delta are very good with good connection times.
If you are hiring a car always pre-book/pay. It is much cheaper and quicker.
Take your own car seat if you have children that require them. The airlines carry them free.
All of the major car hire companies are on site at the airport. Budget is very reasonable.
