This luxury private pool home is situated on the Manors South at Westridge, a tranquil, exclusive private gated community on Hwy 27, midway between Hwy 192 and the Interstate 4. With high 'cathedral' ceilings and offering over 2,000 square feet of spacious accommodation you will be able to relax in comfort. Disney Parks are less than 15 minutes away and the Gulf coast resorts of St Petersburgh and Clearwater can be reached in less than an hour.
The villa has an enviable position, backing onto pine woodland and the enlarged south facing pool benefits from all day sun a 'must' in the winter months.

The villa has been beautifully furnished, and offers a level of comfort that is second to none. Access to the Pool deck can be made from the Family room, dining area, Master bedroom and Pool bathroom.
You will be amazed at the high 'cathedral' ceilings and the spacious family room and dining area with extra seating accommodation. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances eg fridge/freezer, cooker dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer.

The sub division of Westridge is a residential / vacation community, gated to ensure piece of mind and security.

Probably best of all, for your relaxation and enjoyment , is the private enlarged south facing pool with covered porch and quality patio furniture. Closeby is a clubhouse for guests exclusive use, which includes a fitness suite, TV room/lounge and a large communal pool.

For golfing enthusiasts Highlands Reserve resort is next door and the prestigious course designed by Greg Norman at Champions Gate is 5 minutes away.

Pool heat can be arranged for an additional £10 per day and the pool can be illuminated at night.
Pool towels, hairdryers,cot and high chair are available at no extra cost.

Conditions

A refundable security deposit of £150 is required, payable at the time of final balance.
Approximately 20% of rental cost will be required to secure the booking.
The final balance of your holiday is due 8 weeks prior to your departure.
In fairness to other guests we respectfully ask that the villa is no smoking. Smoking is permisable on the Pool deck.
No pets are allowed in the villa.

The Manors South at Westridge is a premier resort style community in the Walt Disney area of Central Florida. Situated on highway 27 it allows for easy access to the Disney Theme parks, Seaworld, Busch Gardens, the Kennedy Space Centre and the miles and miles of sandy beaches on the East and West coasts.

The villa itself is designed to suit all your needs and is the ideal base for your holiday in Florida, whether its the world class attractions you are after or simply a game of golf.

For golfing enthusiasts, there are a number of excellent golf courses situated within a short distance of Westridge. The nearest being minutes away at Highlands Reserve.

The Davenport / The Manors South at Westridge area

US highway 192 with its many different shops, restaurants bars, and commercial outlets, is less than a 10 minute drive and the magical Theme Parks can be reached in less the 15 minutes.

A new retail development has recently opened closeby on Highway 27 and includes a large PUBLIX Supermarket, and only 5 minutes away is a giant Walmart superstore for all your shopping needs.

Fly to Orlando, then a 30 minutes drive to the Villa. Sanford (Orlando) although further away is a smaller airport and can be easier to negotiate than Orlando and exiting the airport can be much quicker. Less then an hours drive will take you to the villa. Tampa is approx 90 minutes away.

“Totally satisfied!” We were me, my wife, a daughter of 15 and a son of 13. The house was exactly as described in the notice. Although there were some amenities: toilet paper, soap, detergent. Safe and quiet place. In the region there are several restaurants, supermarkets, gas stations, pharmacies. It is 5 minutes from the I4, giving access to all Orlando attractions.

“Lovely Villa” Stayed for 2 weeks in this spacious villa, cannot fault it at all....The pool is lovely, the rooms are spacious and the surrounding area is wonderful. Owner of villa Bill, kept in touch with correspondence as and when needed. Disney only 20 mins away....Went to Daytona and Coco Beach both are beautiful beaches....Hopefully will stay again in this villa in a couple of years time.

“A spacious villa,good value for money!” We've stayed in Florida many times in hotels 10years+ ago ,so on our return with our son wanted our own space.The villa was great and just like the photos.We didn't use any communal areas... more

We had a great time at this wonderful villa, smashing pool, ideal for a winter sunshine break. Will definately bring the family back again, perhaps in the summer if its not too hot!!! Mr & Mrs Jackson and family.

Would highly recommend this spacious and well equipped villa in a quiet 'gated' residential area. It is ideally situated for the major Disney attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed using the villa on each of the 3 occasions we have been to Florida. Graham and Christine Porteous, East Lothian.
