The villa boasts a private pool and spa (heating available), large flatscreen Cable TV in the main lounge, 2 master bedrooms with En-Suites & Walk-In Wardrobes, 4 bedrooms with shared En-Suites/Bathrooms, free Wi Fi Internet, games room with electronic air hockey and pool table, a separate room with TV/DVD/X-Box Games Console, BBQ.
This stunning villa is the perfect environment for the holiday of a lifetime. Privately owned and professionally managed with all the amenities for a perfect vacation. The villa is fully air conditioned and the pool is safe for children - having a safety screen.

Our villa is located in the gated community of Solana, Davenport which is an excellent location, just 15 minutes from the Disney theme parks. Shopping, bars and restaurants are located within 2 miles. Orlando Airport is only 30 minutes away and we are conveniently located within easy access of all major routes around central Florida. The villa is fully air conditioned. The villa is also incredibly safe for children as the pool area has a safety screen in place to prevent young children getting to the pool.

It is only 15 minutes from Disney and close to all the other theme Parks - Universal (25 mins), Seaworld (20 mins), Busch Gardens (60 mins) & Wet 'n Wild (20 mins). The Kennedy Space Centre Visitors Complex and the fabulous beaches of the Gulf coast are just over an hour away.

Reunion golf is only minutes from Solana Resort - with 36 holes of golf in central Florida (courses designed by Tom Watson, Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus).

The Davenport / Solana area

Solana Resort is an exclusive gated resort with community facilities including fitness suite, putting green, soccer pitch, games room, kids play area, communal pool, spa and volleyball areas.
Just 5 minutes drive north up the highway 27 there is a large Publix supermarket, Pharmacy and Bank facilities.

“Fantastic property located within easy reach of Disney and Universal” This property is simply fantastic and an ideal base for Disney/Universal/SeaWorld etc. Disney is closest and very easy to get to from the Solana Resort. Universal is a bit further but also very accessible from this property. The pool area of the property is extremely well maintainted and ideal for those with young children (having a non-slip surface and safety netting allowing parents to restrict access to the pool as required). The presentation of the property is exceptional and the size of the house is perfect for parties of up to 12 people. There were 9 in our party including 4 adults, 2 teenagers and 3 younger children and there were ample bedrooms/bathrooms for all. This property would genuinely accomodate up to 12 people and I would highly recommend it to those who prefer the freedom of self catering along with the comfort and facilities of an exceptionally well presented home.
