Evergreen View is a fully air conditioned 4 bedroomed, 3 bathroomed single story villa located on a conservation area. There are two double bedrooms, each with a with king size bed and ensuite bathroom; and two twin bedrooms, which share an adjoining bathroom. The air conditioned garage has been converted to a games room and includes table football, pool table X Box and a number of board games. On an evening you can sit outside on the private pool deck or in the Jacuzzi, relax and soak up the scenery; listerning to local wildlife or enjoying the un-spoilt views of the conservation area. The pool deck has been extended and is not overlooked by any neighbouring villas.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Florida is called the Sunshine State for good reason. All year round visitors can expect warm sunny weather during the day. In the summer months tropical rain storms can begin and end very quickly.
Davenport / Westhaven area
The majority of people visit Florida for the theme parks but there are numerous alternative attractions available too. Hot air ballon rides, helicoptor rides or water skiing are all available locally. The coastal areas; Daytona, Cocoa Beach or Tampa Bay are always worth a visit, as are one of the many state parks with their naturally occuring springs and Florida wild life. Shoping centres are diverse and plentiful.

Conditions
After making a reservation you must complete the booking form , duly signed by the first named person in the party. The party leader must be over 18 years of age and authorised by all members of the party listed to accept the conditions of booking on their behalf. Once the booking form is received the booking will be confirmed in writing. Please check the details carefully to ensure they are correct, notifying any changes immediately. Due to state fire regulations the maximum capacity of the villa must not be exceeded. After you have received the confirmation we have a binding contract, all matters arising from it are governed by English law.
Villa occupancy The villa will be available for your occupancy at 4 pm on the first day of your confirmed rental period. You are expected to vacate the villa by 10 am on the last day of your confirmed rental period.
Payment A £125 per week deposit is required on booking and is non refundable. The balance and security deposit is due 8 weeks prior to departure. If you book less than 8 weeks before departure the full balance is due immediately.
Security deposit You are required to pay £150 in case of breakage, loss or damage to the villa during your stay. This will be refunded 14 days after you return from holiday subject to there being no damage to the home or its contents. It is your responsibility to fully inspect the villa and its contents on your arrival and report any damage to the management company within 24 hours. This is to avoid you or your party being incorrectly charged for any deficiencies of defects to the property.
Cancellations Should it become necessary to cancel the booking, the cancellation must be made by the party leader. The cancellation will become effective from the date the letter is received. Cancellations fees are subject to the time you cancel (details of cancellations fees below).
