Sandy Ridge is a new development surrounded by conservation land and within easy reach of all Orlando attractions. The Interstate Highway (i4) is only 2 minutes away which gives access to Kennedy Space Centre, all of the Disney attractions, Sea World, Universal, Gulf Beaches, Restaurants, Florida Shopping Malls. Champions Gate (4 minutes away) boasts Publix Supermarket, McDonalds Drive Through, Italian, French and Chinese Restaurants, Subway Food, Blockbuster DVD Hire, Nails and Hairdressing Salon, Internet Access Available at UPS, 24 Hour Petrol Station with Shop/Bakery, Pharmacy, Bank. The highlight of Champions Gate is the Golf Courses designed by Greg Norman and home to David Leadbetter's Golf Academy. How to get there
Fly to either Orlando International Airport or Sandford Airport. Car Hire is recommended for your stay and convenience. For visitors arriving at Sandford there are several Car Hire Firms, including Dollar, Alamo and Avis situated at the Airport.

Further details indoors: Master en-suite bedroom has king size bed, television, telephone, and overlooks the pool. Second Master en suite has queen size bed, and television. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and television, and 2 twin bedded rooms one of which overlooks the pool. Lounge has ample sofas to relax on, Television, DVD and CD Player and also a play station 2 for our younger guests. The lounge has direct access to pool/lanai area. The dining area has a formal dining table/chairs. The fully equipped kitchen also has a further table with chairs and bar stools. Separate laundry room with washer, drier, iron with ironing board. All towels, bedding, linen provided. Hair Driers in all bathrooms. High Chair/Cot available at no extra charge and free use of electronic digital safe. Management Company on call 24 hours a day. Games Room has pool table, table tennis, air hockey and darts with sofa for relaxing on.
Further details outdoors: The lanai area of the pool has a ceiling fan, table, cushioned chairs and sun loungers. The superb 30' x 15' fully screened pool has a child safety screen which can be removed when not required. The pool overlooks woodlands to the rear and can be heated at an additional cost if required.

Conditions
A security deposit of £200.00 is payable with the final balance which will be returned no later than 21 days after the holiday has ended. This is in respect of any damage/breakages caused to the Villa.

A beautiful clean & quiet villa, close to all amenities, the management staff were on hand at all times, there were a few road tolls from the airport to the villa just a few $, although there are alternative routes. We noticed a few large stores; petrol stations and a Mc Donald’s have recently opened up near by.
The pool was such a blessing during the hot Florida days, I’m glad we booked the villa and not a hotel or chalet as we would not have had this luxury.
We did not have to vacate our villa for cleaning and meals as in a hotel, so if we wanted to stay in for the day and relax by the pool we could.
Thank you for a wonderful holiday. We will certainly be back.

Sunny Dew Villa lived up to all our expectations and more! As a family of 7,we had loads of space, with excellent sized bedrooms and ample storage space. The pool is absolutely fabulous as is the surrounding area. The games room was brilliant and we had many a game on the table tennis and snooker table, but only worked out how to turn the air hockey on at the end of the holiday!!(switch is on a lead at the back!). Sunny Dew is really close to all the Florida attractions and the airport and local shops are really good too. The villa is really well equipped - a real home from home! We wouldn't hesitate in recommending the villa to anyone and hope to return soon. Rosemary, the owner of the villa, was amazing at supplying us with information and doing everything to make sure our stay was a great one & it was! Sunny Dew Villa is located in an excellent position,a short drive takes you to all Disney attractions and there are plenty of restaurants if you wish to eat out in the evenings. Our vist in October(six guys)was a golfing holiday the weather was good and not to many visitors a good time to go,There are plenty of courses to chose from the groups favourite was Southern Dunes a 15 minute drive away the course was in pristine condition,Kissimmee course was very resonably priced all golf course played were bookable on arrival,the owner left discount attraction books that included golf courses all very useful.The villa has a high standard of furniture,well equipped a beautiful pool in fact the facilities were so good it became hard to go out for the day and leave every thing. Sunny Dew Villa was perfect for us! There were 8 staying, 4 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of room. The villa was clean, well maintained and of high specification. The pool was great and the games room an added benefit! The location is ideal, being just off the main motorway (the I4) making access to the airport, parks, supermarkets and shoppings malls so easy.
