About the home

A 4* luxury town house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, decorated to a very high standard. Every details has been considered to make your holiday relaxing and enjoyable, with every mod con in the kitchen and off street parking.

The house is located 4 minutes walk from the reception, which offers 24 hours guest service, and the clubhouse where all amenities are found. A 2 acre tropical pool complex with 2 heated pools, a lazy river, water shoots, a 15 person jacuzzi and kids play area take centre stage, surrounded by sun terraces, a place where you can unwind after a busy day and relax with a drink from the Sports' bar or meal from the restaurant on an evening.

A visit to the gym, sauna, steam room and beauty salon is within minutes walk from the house as well as the internet cafe and games room. There is also a 3 and a half * rated golf club which is challenging and fun for all abilities. Just outside the complex a supermarket, restaurants and a wide range of takeaways (Chinese, Italian, Indian and Fish and Chips) can be found.

A 15 minute drive will take you to the home of Mickey Mouse; tickets for the theme parks can be purchased at Highlands Reserve reception.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region

Based in Davenport, the house is approximately 15 minutes from Disney World, 20 minutes from shopping malls, 1 hour from Busch Gardens, 30 minutes from Sea World and Discovery Cove and 35 minutes from Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure.

A 7 minute drive will take you to Wall Mart and the beginning of the 192 where a wide variety of shops and restaurants can be found.

The Davenport / Regal Palms area

A good selection of golf courses are nearby, Highlands Reserve being one of the them. The course is a par 70 championship course with extremely challenging greens. Green fees can vary but in general terms are cheaper than in the UK.

Restaurants and takeaways (Chinese, Indian, Italian) are found in the Berry Town Centre, Applebys restaurant, nail spa, supermarkets, are all found there.

9 miles away is Disney World and all the other theme parks, including MGM Studios, Blizzard Beach, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Typhoon Lagoon and Magic Kingdom.

Sea World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Aquatica and Discovery Cove are approximately 25 minutes away.

British Airways, Continental and First Choice all fly to Orlando.

Car hire is cheaper when booking from the UK. When booking make sure you can pick up the car from wherever you land. Car rental companies are located outside of the airport for your convenience.

When leaving the airport, follow signs for I4 West to Tampa, come off junction 55, heading for North 27. Anyone who books will be given a detailed map of how to get to the house.
