This is a brand new luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with private south facing pool/spa plus games room and internet access on the new and prestigious Solana Resort in Orlando, Florida. The villa is only 15 minutes from Disney making it an ideal location for your "magical" vacation. Our home is excellently located for quick and easy access to see Mickey Mouse and Walt Disney World. SeaWorld, Universal and many other attractions, including three championship golf courses, are all within easy reach. Solana Resort is a gated resort community which includes clubhouse, gym, games room, cyber cafe, shop and many other facilities and is fast becoming the most sought after community in the Disney area. Solana Disney Villa has a luxurious, yet welcoming and homely feel that makes it perfect for a vacation in Florida.
Our spacious villa has been furnished to a high standard throughout and will easily sleep 8 - 10 people. The villa is south facing and has a lovely extensive patio area with BBQ, swimming pool and spa. This is complemented by fencing at the rear for extra privacy.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Florida, The Sunshine State!! Our villa is very close to the I4 on the US27 south of the 192. Kissimmee is just 5 minutes down the road, with DisneyWorld a further 10minutes. For the Golf enthusiasts, Champions gate and Reunion golf courses are within a 10 minute drive away There are dozens of other courses such as Highlands Reserve and Mystic Dunes which are around 5 minutes away. Seaworld and Universal studios are 20-25 minutes away. You are close enough to all of Central Floridas action whilst still being able to get away and have some peace and quiet after a busy day at the theme parks. The beaches of Florida are all within easy reach. With Cocoa beach the closest but Clearwater and St Petes just over 2 hours away.
Davenport / Solana area
Area: Solana is situated on the US27 just off of the 192 in Davenport, Orlando. The villa is in a gated community just 15 minutes from the Walt DisneyWorld Gates. It is conveniently situated within easy reach of all the theme parks, shopping malls and the many championship golf courses. There are many shops, bars and restaurants situated just 5 minutes down the road including a large Publix supermarket, Pharmacy, Gas Station, DVD Store and Bank. Davenport is very close to all the attractions that Orlando, Florida has to offer and is a great place to stay for both families, couples and single people to enjoy a great holiday!!

4 bedrooms - The First, Master Bedroom with En Suite Bathroom, which is elegantly furnished and includes Queen sized bed, dresser, mirror and walk in closet and TV.
Built In Safe.
The Second Bedroom is also furnished to a high standard with a Queen sized bed, en suite bathroom and walk in closet plus TV.
The Third and Fourth Bedrooms are also fully equipped and suitable for both children and or male/female guests. These twin bedrooms share a bathroom which is adjacent. All towels are provided.
The Superb Pool Area and extensive sun terrace includes a Spa. It is also equipped with a Patio table and Chairs plus a BBQ and Sun Loungers. This is perfect setting to enjoy the Florida Sunshine or great to relax after a hard day at the attractions!! The villa is south facing and has the added privacy of fencing at the rear of the villa. There is also a covered area to provide some shade. Pool Heating is optional. There are only a few months of the year when this is required. Pricing on request.
