About the home

A spacious two storey four bedroom townhouse offering a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, and utensils as well as living/dining area and spacious bedrooms all with private en suite bathrooms. There is also a balcony and patio area. The property can comfortably accommodate 6 /8 people.

Just 10 minutes drive from Disney World, the Resort itself has a bundle of inclusive activities including the tropical swimming pool complex with two heated pools, lazy river, waterfall, water slide, jacuzzi/spa, extensive sun bathing terraces & an amazing club house.

The Regal Palms Resort and Spa is adjacent to the Highlands Reserve Golf Course behind the Berry Town Centre in Davenport, Fla. The Walt Disney World Resort within a short distance of the resort. Factory outlet malls, Universal Studios and SeaWorld are within 23 miles of the property. The Highlands Reserve Golf Course adjacent to the resort is a championship course designed by Mike Dasher. The course offers a variety of features, including pine tree-lined fairways, open fairways similar to the great Scottish courses, and a piece of old Florida with citrus trees along the countryside.

“Great location and very nice townhouse.” There were 4 of us retired golfers. The towhouse was big with plenty of room for us. Close to many golf courses and resturants. Property offered good food and hot tub for our old aching bones. We... more

“GREAT HOUSE AND SUPERB POOL COMPLEX” we all loved it ! paul the owner was so easy to deal with. his house was perfect and as described. bigger and more comfortable than expected. house was totally clean and spotless and everything worked. my wife loved sitting on master bedroom balcony with a coffee in morning. my 3 girls all had a big bedroom each which was great after a long day at disney. disney is only an easy 20 minute drive away. publix supermarkets and shops very very close. out of the whole holiday my girls totally loved the swimming pool complex with lazy river and slide. great to jump into a lovely warm pool at 9pm at night - it got top marks from us all. staff in little shop always very cheerful and helpful. check in on arrival quick and easy. i would consider going back to regal palms and would definitely take pauls house again as i thought he offered good value, good communication and he handled our late christmas booking with ease.

“our holiday” wll folks what can I say we have now stayed in this home 3 times and have booked again for march 2013,we love this resort pool area fabulous and entertainment movies at pool once a week great location with publix supermarket,cvs and several restaurants in walking distance,the home is very spacious and is not overlooked ,very clean and well maintained and the onsite management are very quick to sort out any problems you may have,we visited florida every year since 1993 and have stayed in lots of different propertys.we have stayed in villas with pools which are great but personally we like to have a large comunal pool which this has also the lazy river and slide we love this place brilliant value only 3 of us going this time but have also stayed here with friends and still there was loads of room everything you need,home from home :)

“Ideal Location and Lovely Accommodation” Having spent three full weeks at this lovely appartment which is located on a lovely site which is 15 minutes from Disney World we couldnt be happier with our choice. The site is ideal for families and couples alike. We also got married whilst staying there and were greeted with complimentary champaigne by the owner upon our return which completed our welcome. We are very satisfied and would have no doubts in staying there again as our holiday was made very special by all. Thanks Again
