This superb single story home comprises 2 master bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom and an additional 2 bedrooms sharing a third bathroom, ideal for two families with two children. The fully fitted kitchen has everything a home needs, and the living and dining areas are spacious and tastefully decorated.

The pool area has comfortable patio furniture and loungers and is fitted with a safety fence for small children. It is in a small, quiet, residential community, situated on the scenic Old Lake Wilson Preserve on Highway 545, within 2 miles of Champions Gate Resort and the fantastic Reunion golf courses, Disney is only 15 minutes away and Sea World and other Theme parks are with easy reach.

Close to the entrance of Bridgewater there is a new Mall just after you turn onto Lake Wilson Rd with a large selection of shops which includes a Publix store, bank with cash point, and a pharmacy. There are also a number of shops and restaurants in Champions Gate as you come off the I 4 highway

The Davenport area

Disney and Golf are the main attractions and so close! From this small, quiet community you are only 5 minutes from the I4 highway and then 4 miles to the entrance to Disney World. The other Disney park attractions and MGM and Universal studios are all close by too. Seaworld and Discovery Cove are fantastic Anheuser-Busch water attractions in the area and even the fantastic Busch Gardens in Tampa is only 1 hour away from this ideal location.
