The villa has private pool.4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms (including 2 en-suite) with full bath and shower and Bedrooms 3 and 4 are both twin bedded, and all bedrooms have cable T.V. and DVD players.
The property includes a Games room with a pool table, air hockey, T.V. ,darts and Playstation 2. There is also a private pool with a screened lanai and patio. The family room comes equipped with a 52" plasma T.V, and a dvd player. The property also has wireless internet access (you will need to bring your own laptop), and phone calls within the U.S.A and Canada are free of charge.Set of Golf for use in Games Room. Baby equipment (travel cot, high chair booster seat, stroller and pushchair) also in villa.

£150:00 per week refundable security deposit (against damages) is required when booking is made.
Full payment is required six weeks prior to holiday start date.
Security deposit will be returned to you within 28 days of last day of your holiday.
Any booking 5 days or less will require an extra £70 cleaning charge.

Highlands Reserve is conveniently situated on Highway 27 near to the junction of the 192 just 15 minutes drive from Disney World Theme Parks, a further 15 minutes to Universal Studios, SeaWorld and many more attractions and theme Parks. There are various shopping Malls and Plazas in the general area.
The Davenport / Highlands Reserve Golf Course area
The Villa is situated on the popular Highland Reserve Golf Course, which has it's own clubhouse; there is also a community swimming pool, tennis courts, and children play park. It is within 5 minutes maximum walk of Berry Town Centre which has many restaurants/ bars and shops which enables you to have an evening out without taking the car.
The eateries include the Applebees ( well worth a visit ) an English bar/ eatery that serves English cuisine including fish and chips and show live Football matches. There is a Chinese, Japanese, Italian pizza parlour and American theme bar. There is a large publix supermarket, bank, hairdressers. nail bar, and many shops.

We had a very good stay in this villa, it as all the facilities and more that you could want for an enjoyable holiday. Convenient for all the attractions and theme parks, and having the local restaurants & bars just a short walk away gave us a break from driving too. The children loved the pool and games room.
