Fairway View looks onto the 9th fairway of the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf Course. The edge of the garden area is lined by pine and orange trees and is not directly overlooked. The villa is bright and airy with high ceilings. The accommodation is all on one level.
The villa is approximately 15 mins walk from the local shopping parade - with its large choice of restaurants, supermarket, hairdressers, banks etc - it is not necessary to have to drive out onto the highway each time you want to go out!
The villa is approximately 15 mins drive to Disney World.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Fairway View is in an excellent location for all the Florida attractions. Disney World being 15 mins drive, Seaworld about 25 mins drive, the west coast beaches just over 1 hour drive, Kennedy Space Centre approximately 1 1/2 hours drive.
My family and I have done most of the main attractions and will be happy to give you more specific details if requested.
Davenport / Highlands Reserve Golf Course area
Highlands Reserve is a championship Golf Course with private homes distributed along the fairways. There is a shopping parade on Highlands Reserve with supermarket, banks, restaurants, doctors, etc.
Fairway View has access to the tennis court and communal swimming pool - approximately 5 mins walk from the villa.
Highlands Reserve is located along Highway 27 which connects easily with Interstate 4 - the main Highway that connects the west coast to the east.
How to get there
We always book our flights via www.dialaflight.com and they are always able to provide us with an excellent price together with car hire.
The villa is a 40 min drive from Orlando International. It is very easy to pick up a hire car once you arrive at the airport. I will send you a map and directions on how to find the villa.

Further details indoors: As well as air conditioning there are fans in all the rooms. The family room is open plan and leads into the kitchen/dining area.
The lounge and dining room are separate and can be designated the 'quiet' area.
The patio and swimming pool can be accessed through patio doors either direct from the family room or the master bedroom.
The master bedroom has an enormous super king sized double bed.
Further details outdoors: At Fairway View there is a golf set that you are very welcome to use. There is also a large BBQ.
There is a subbeuteo football table for your use as well as toys and air beds for the swimming pool.

The couple that manage the villa live locally and are on hand for help and support should you require it. All bed linen and towels are supplied free of charge.
Conditions
A security deposit of £250 is required when booking. This is refunded at the end of your holiday. The full villa rental cost is required 8 weeks (or immediately if booking is last minute) before the booking commences.

£250 is collected to confirm your booking. This deposit reverts to a security deposit whilst you are on holiday. The full cost of the booking is required 8 weeks before departure. The £250 deposit is returned to you when you get back home.
The above costs include Florida taxes, cleaning charges, all bed linen and towels and all your international and national telephone calls.
Pool heat is an extra and is charged at £12 per day. This can be booked nearer to the time of your holiday if necessary.
