Tuscan Dream Villa offers its guests some of the best facilities you will find in a vacation home. It is maintained to a high standard. You can always be sure of a warm welcome and that true home from home feeling when you come through the door.

Imagine coming home to the villa from a hard days fun at the parks and jumping into your own private swimming pool.... and then sipping a chilled beer or glass of wine around your own pool deck...
Tuscan Hills Resort is a gated community which includes an impressive 2700 sq ft clubhouse with gym, games room, wireless internet access, large lounge area with cable TV and covered lanai all over looking a tennis court, sand volley ball, tot lot and palm garden. Guests of our villa have free unlimited use of all these facilities for the duration of their stay.

Fully air conditioned except for the garage area.
There is a fully equipped laundry with ironing facilities but you will need to provide your own washing soap/powder.
The villa will have sufficient toilet paper, hand soap for the first few days. The home is self catered meaning that as you use the items initially provided it will be up to you to replenish items as needed.
All linen are towels are provided, however the towels are only for use in the villa. You will need to bring your own towels for use at the water parks or the beach.

There is a Large luxurious Family Room, with comfortable seating, Cable TV with DVD Player and DVDs. An Elegant Dining Area, with table and chairs providing ample seating.

The Fully Equipped Kitchen, has been designed for your convenience and includes Cooker, Dishwasher, Fridge, Freezer with Ice Maker and filtered chilled water, Microwave, Kettle, Coffee Maker, Toaster plus all cutlery and crockery, and most other kitchen utensils.

The villa is fully alarmed for your peace of mind.

Our Superb Pool Area and extensively extended sun terrace includes a lovely Spa. It is also equipped with upgraded Patio table, Chairs, Sun Loungers plus two person swing seat.. This is the perfect setting to enjoy the Floridian Sunshine or great to relax after a hard day at the attractions!! Gas Pool Heating is optional. There are only a few months of the year when this is required.

The property is maintained by the management company. During your stay don't be alarmed if someone visits to clean the pool or cut the grass etc

Orlando is one of the largest cities in the "Sunshine State" of Florida. The city is now best known as the home of many amusement attractions including Walt Disney World and SeaWorld. The area is well served by Orlando International Airport.

The Davenport / Tuscan Hills area

Tuscan Hills is located in Davenport, Orlando in a beautiful area, just 12 minutes from Disney. Local attractions include Disney- MGM, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Gatorland, Busch Gardens, Discovery Cove, Islands of Adventure, Wet 'n' Wild, Magical Kingdom, Animal Kingdom and Epcot (Every Person comes out tired!)

Tuscan Hills is situated on the US27 just off of the 192 in Davenport, Orlando. The villa is in a gated community just 12 minutes from the Disney World Gates.

The community benefits from a huge selection of facilities, including an impressive 2700 sq ft clubhouse with fitness room, large lounge with flat screen TV and a covered lanai, all over looking a tennis court, sand volleyball court, tot lot and palm garden. There is wireless internet access and information on what is going on around the area, including park opening information.

It is conveniently situated within easy reach of all the theme parks, shopping malls and the many championship golf courses. There are many shops, bars and restaurants situated just 5 minutes down the road including a large Publix supermarket, an excellent Walmart, Pharmacy, Gas Station, DVD Store and Bank. If you like a round of Golf you'll be in heaven staying at our villa. There are over 160 holes to be found within a 10 minute radius including the award winning Southern Dunes, Highlands Reserve and the Greg Norman designed Champions gate courses

Tuscan Hills is now one of the most sought after communities in the Disney area.

From Orlando International Airport, our villa is easy to find and only 25 minutes drive. Car rental available from the airport: Alamo, Avis, Dollar, Budget and National. The resort is also accessible if you arrive at Sanford Airport.
