About the home

Ideally located for visiting the parks and attractions of Central Florida and within easy reach of the Gulf and Atlantic beaches, this privately owned villa is ideal for familes. It has a west facing pool and deck overlooking a conservation area, perfect for al fresco dining. What more could you wish for after visiting the attractions than to relax on the deck and enjoy the afternoon sunshine and spectacular florida sunsets.

The villa has king and queen master suites making it ideal for 2 families sharing or grandparents and children. There are 2 spacious lounges with flatscreen HD cable TV, PS2, DVD, video and CD player, Ipod dock and wireless internet. The games room has a slate bed pool table and 'fooseball'. A charcoal barbecue is available for guests to use.The fully fitted kitchen has a stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, waste disposal unit, coffee maker, toaster, blender, slow cooker and plenty of flatware and silverware including non-breakable crockery & glasses for outside for your safety. There is a breakfast nook with table and chairs and bar stools to seat 8 people and a formal dining area with seating for 6. We have provided everything we can think of to make the house a 'home from home' and we visit regularly ourselves.

The parks and attractions of Orlando are a short drive away, Disney World can be reached in 15 minutes. There are shops, supermarkets, restaurants and banks within a few minutes drive. There are many golf courses in the area plus state parks, natural springs, beaches, cities and a host of other attractions. We have provided foldaway beach chairs and a parasol and cooler for our guests to use on days out.

The great room has comfortable furniture with seating for 6/7 people, it has a 42" flat screen cable HDTV with DVD player and a selection of films and books. The adjoining games room has a slate bed pool table and 'fooseball' There is also a formal dining area with seating for 6 people. This room and the family room have vaulted ceilings and the floors are tiled.

The family room has patio doors leading to the deck, it has seating for 5/6 people and has flatscreen HD cable TV with video player and PS2. There is a selection of films and games and also board games. The living areas are open plan and the fully fitted kitchen incorporates a breakfast nook with seating for four and a breakfast bar with four bar stools.

The master bedroom has patio doors to the deck, it has a King size post bed and cable TV. The adjoining bathroom has double vanity units, a corner bath, walk in shower and seperate WC. There is also a walk in closet.

The second master has a queen size bed and cable TV. The en-suite bathroom has a shower over bath, vanity unit and WC. There are two further twin bedrooms which share the house/pool bath. This has a shower over bath, vanity unit and WC and has direct access to the deck.

The bedrooms are carpeted whilst all living areas and bathrooms are tiled, keeping the villa cool and clean.

The villa has a private 26' X 13', heated and floodlit pool. The pool is screened. The deck has been extended and aditional pool furniture provided. There is a table and chairs to enjoy al fresco dining or to watch the specatacular Florida sunsets. The deck is West facing for maximum enjoyment of the sunshine after a day at the parks. There is a charcoal barbecue. The villa is situated in a quiet, gated community where there are permanent residents as well as rental homes. It is not adjacent to the highway and there is no construction work.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region

The Disney theme parks are within a 15 minute drive, including Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom and the water parks. Sea world and Universal Studios are within half an hour's drive, The beaches of the Gulf coast can be reached in about 2 hours and the Atlantic coast, Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Centre are an hour away.

The Davenport / The Manors South at Westridge area

There are plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants within a short drive of the villa and many golf courses including the David Leadbeater Academy at Championsgate which is 5 minutes away. There are also State Parks nature reserves, lakes and springs within easy reach.

“Excellent - a true 'Home from Home'” No complaints, everything positive. Situated south west of Orlando with easy, fast routes to all main attraction parks + airport. Very easy to find. Quarter mile to retail outlets, incl. large supermarket and good restaurant.

“Fab Villa, Fab Location, Fab Owners, Highly Recommended.” This villa had everything we needed. It was well equipped and very clean. Eight of us stayed in the villa and there was more than enough room for us, incuding the area around the pool.The location is ideal for all the theme parks. We would definately return and have no hesitation recommending Harts Villas.

“Definitely worth a re- visit” This is the second time we have stayed at the villa, it was always our dream to spend Christmas in Florida so no better place to return thanhere. We love the location, it is so convenient for all the theme parks, our days off from visiting the theme parks were enjoyed relaxing round the pool, the villa is so very well equipped and very spacious, it was like home from home. Our teenage girls made full use of the games room. The only downside was we had to return back to the cold weather just after the new year, but we will definitely go back. Response: thaks for the great feedback, we take great pride in our villa, it's our holiday home too and we want our guests to enjoy it as much as we do

“Amazing place, great home from home, everything you needed.” Excellently maintained property, set in a private gated community with a lovely pool area which is not overlooked by other properties. Convenient for Disney and all other parks and good access to golf courses and other amenities such as restaurants and supermarkets.

“Great place for a stay in Florida” I stayed here with friends for two weeks and the place is excellent. Very clean and spacious, there was more than enough room for 6 adults. We didn't travel with children but it would be an ideal base for a family visit . The house is set in a very safe gated community with shops and bars only minutes away. It has a games room and any number of electronic games for the TV. We did a lot of touring during our stay and it is less than an hour to drive to either coast and even less to any theme park. We will return without fail, a great holiday base.
