Our apartment is a cosy country style accommodation, that set ın a lovely garden overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the Greek Island of Sımi. The salon leads directly to garden via French wındows, there is also a courtyard with a view where breakfast can be taken.
There are two bedrooms one twin and one double, the shower room has modern fittings. Fully equipped kitchen. The dining/salon is very light and tastefully decorated.
Beaches, Harbour and a wide variety of Restaurants are within easy reach. Migros supermarket is only 5 minutes walk away. There is also a regular bus service to Marmaris and local resorts.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
Datca ıs famous for the three 'Bs' Badem ( Almonds) Balık (Fısh) Bal (Honey), it also has one of the best climates in the region due to the peninsular being surrounded by both the Mediteranian and Aegean Seas. The coastline is spectacular with pine forests, mountains and numerous secluded bays and beaches. The beaches are ideal for snorkelling, diving and swimming.
Nearby Knidos is a historical site dating back to 400BC and famed for its statue of Aphrodite and Amphitheatre. This area also has numerous walks and restaurant facilities. These are all within a 45 minute drive from Datca. Passing villages and resorts of Mesudiye and Palamut Buku which are famous for their fish restaurants.

Datca is a wonderful place to spend a relaxing holiday, the small harbour is protected by a breakwater and mountains, and a lake that is known for its healing powers.
Datca's harbour has an assortment of Carpet Shops, Boutiques, gift shops and Restaurants. Daily trips on Gullets can be taken to various bays and the island Simi all from the harbour.
There are numerous other sports activities avalable including a PADİ diving school.

You can fly dırect to Dalaman from most UK and European airports.

Guestbook for Mountain Chalet
Hi just spent a few days in Mountain Chalet apart. was relaxing, very comfortable and clean. Sylvia and Tamer made my partner and myself very welcome we will be coming back next year. Jenny, Liverpool.
We stayed at the Mountain Chalet in August for the wedding of our friend to a local Datça girl. The apartment was clean,well equipped and most important of all a homely feeling with a touch of traditional Turkish, which made it for us with two children. The fridge was stocked with the basics on arrival where we were met by Sylvia and Tamer. İdeally situated within 5 minute walk of the town and Turkish Market at Datça and similar distance from local beaches. The apartment has fantastic views towards Datça Harbour and across the bay to the Greek island of Simi. Our family highly recommend the mountain chalet both as a location to visit the beautiful area of Datça and for the warm, friendly, helpful nature and hospitality of Sylvia and Tamer, for whom nothing was too much to ensure we had a fantastic holiday. My (then) fiance and İ stayed in the beautiful English Mountain Chalet during August 2008. We really enjoyed staying here. İt was very beautifully decorated and felt very comforable and homely. We especially enjoyed the cool oasis of the well tended garden. Good views of Datça and the sea and a good central spot, way from the hustle of the town, but not too far away. İ thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Mountain Chalet. The apartment was nicely decorated, cosy and well equipped. İts location in datça meant that we were close to everything we needed.
