If you want to escape the world, you have found the perfect spot.

The views are stunning and the feeling of space and privacy is good for the soul.

Datca is known for it's natural beauty,clean air and high oxygen levels.. Almonds and olives are grown locally in abundance and their honey is famous.

In season the pool is magic. There are lovely terrace areas, and both sunny and shady spots. The bedrooms all have air conditioning.

The property can sleep between 2 and 9 guests. Please note that no matter what the group size is you will have sole use of the facilities and swimming pool.

The accommodation of the house is as follows.

For 2 people the cottage is ideal there is a spare bed should it be needed.
Ouside the bedroom is a small private terrace

For 4 guests the downstairs apartment is ideal. It has two bathrooms a large modern kitchen and lounge.
which has an additional sofa bed and therefore can sleep six in total. It too has a large terrace.

Therefore the house can comfortably accommodate up to nine guests.

Whatever ever size the group will have exclusive use of all the facilities and will enjoy exclusive occupation.
In addition

By special arrangement the owner's private penthouse apartment can be incorporated to accommodate an even larger party

At the end off the Datca Peninsula is Knidos an ancient Roman settlement. well worth visiting with it's amphitheatre and ruins and excavations.

The climate is good most of the year. July and August are hot. May June and September dry and warm.
The breezes are great for water sport and sailing.

Turkey in general is affordable and welcoming

The Datca area

Market day is Saturday. local vegetables and fruits have flavours we have almost forgotten.
Fresh fish, fresh air and a slower pace of life.

Fly into Dalaman throughout the year . Pick up a hire are car or transfer to Marmaris and get an onwards connection via an amazing scenic route to Datca
or via Bodrum during the summer months and connect to Datca via a ferryboat
Either way it takes about two and a half hours to get to Datca.
A car is essential at the house, this can be organised locally.
Flythomascook, Easyjet, and several other airlines fly out there.
