The Manor House is a luxury Georgian Manor house situated in 2 acres of grounds surrounded by beautiful Devon countryside. The manor house has 5 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 sitting rooms with fireplaces, dining room with marble fireplace, large kitchen with granite worktops and integrated appliances and a boot room with slate floors.
The garden has plenty to entertain the children with trampoline, swings, slides, trees to climb and a tennis net. There is also a dining out area with barbecue for those long evenings. The house has many period features, fireplaces, shutters, chandeliers, roll top bath etc . It is situated in the popular South Hams area of Devon near Dartmouth, Kingsbridge, Totnes and Salcombe 2km from the award winning Blackpool Sands beaches.
For children there is the Woodlands Leisure Park and Dartmouth and Kingsbridge Leisure Centre. For the golfers we have Dartmouth Golf and Country Club and for all there are sea and river trips from Dartmouth as well as great boutiques, restaurants and beaches.
